Disappointing service, stay away (mobile)
Have been with DELTA for both internet/TV and mobile services, unfortunately my experience is really disappointing when it comes to mobile (Internet is fine so far). Have a family pack (multiple numbers) and past 2-3 months have been noticing incorrect (significantly inflated) billing, sometimes getting billed multiple(!) times within a month. Have been in contact with their online chat-support as well as the phone line support, have explained the problem to multiple agents. All of them are quite polite and seem understanding the issue, acknowledge responsibility of the provider and keep blaming the billing system, no solution provided to-date. Everyone says they escalated the problem but no progress is made, some also tried some fix on the service features to avoid extra charges in the future, however they only achieved to remove features we are paying for already! The situation is quite unfortunate, trying to figure out how to cancel subscription avoiding any penalty fees, after all it is their own fault and incompetence to respect contractual service level agreements. Sharing this if it can help anyone or if someone has an advice already. Some update; there has been a supposedly dedicated customer-care agent, she called once and then exchanged a few e-mails. All of the surcharges were deemed justified(!) even the ones that couldn't be explained by the bundle terms and other agents offered a refund until billing system is fixed. According to her, no billing issue exists in our case (but the system has a problem according to the same customer care person) and the case was just closed. No answer after that, despite the extensive complaints report. Stay away!
