Absolutely atrocious delivery company. Claim to have tried to deliver parcels when they clearly have not then to cover themselves send you an email at 1am saying delivery failed. Every time I see a company is using them I think, oh great, what are they going to mess up now! Useless, terrible service!

Good communication, delivered on-time, and in good condition.
I don't speak Portuguese well yet, but the delivery driver spoke some English, so it was a smooth delivery. I received several emails so I knew what was going to happen and when. The driver also called my phone before arrival to double-check that I would be home and available. Good service.

Getting worse
It's the second time I had issues with a delivery, they don't come when they say they will. Customer care is non existant, they go offline instead of helping! I'm still waiting for my package, before it wasn't this bad but has become worse lately. Avoid if you can!
