Driver of the 8.00am bus from KL to Malacca

I have to report a very sad experience that happened to us. On the 2nd April 2026 the driver of the 8.00 AM bus from KL to Malacca ruined your reputation and it would best you speak to him as 4 passengers on the bus who met up with us in Malacca and the two of us booked a different bus company to return back. There was a glitch at the bus terminal and we had to get back from gate 7 to gate 1 to board the bus we got to the bus while the door was closing and the driver opened it to tell me I hadn’t scanned our tickets closed the door on me and my wife and took off we are foreigners to Malaysia yes brown skin but we are tourist and if this is how we are treated it’s a shame on your reputation as a company and country. At least six tourist thought so.
The driver was plain simple nasty and unprofessional with no customer service in his bones. A minute or less is all that would have taken him to let us on the bus. It’s not just the money but the inconvenience and our faith in your bus company that was lost today. (plus 6 passengers on your return journey)

Delima Vision is the worst bus service in Malaysia!

I work in a travel agency, and I booked 4 tickets for my family to Singapore.

They missed the first ticket because they were only 15 minutes early and they didn't let them enter. Okay, understandable. I booked 4 tickets again for the next day.

Second day, they went on time, checked in through Malaysia immigration and was scanning passport again at Singapore immigration. When they got out, the bus already left!!!

They clearly know who they had on board but they left their passengers because Singapore immigration wasn't fast enough?? I suggest to never buy tickets from Delima Vision ever again

Don't use DELIMA buses

I am writing to complain about a very poor experience with your bus service.
The departure was delayed by more than 30 minutes with no clear explanations provided. During this time, the boarding gate was changed without proper communication, and passengers were incorrectly informed that the bus was scheduled for 10:30, when such a departure does not exist. Our tickets were clearly for the 10:00 service.
In addition, the driver’s behavior was extremely unprofessional, rude, and inconsiderate towards passengers, which made the situation even more unpleasant.
Due to this experience, we cannot recommend using delima services and expect this issue to be reviewed seriously.

Today's journey was terrible

Today's journey was terrible. I booked my ticket online on December 2nd, 2025, for a return trip on the 8th. The bus was about 10 minutes late, and the driver was rude. When I asked him about my 5A seat reservation, he said it was already taken by another person in TBS. We clearly booked in advance, is that even true bus seat can anytime changes ? This was a horrible experience. Hopefully, this is the last time I'll ride with this bus company…

Complaint Regarding Delima Bus Service on 06 July 2025 (12PM, Melaka Sentral to Singapore)

Dear Delima Express Team,

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I experienced on 06 July 2025, on the 12PM bus from Melaka Sentral to Singapore.

The entire journey was poorly managed and extremely frustrating. The driver made three stops during the trip, but only one was for passengers to use the toilet at an official rest station. The first stop was unexplained—he got off the bus, but no information was given to us. The third stop, shockingly, was by the roadside near JB where the driver got off to buy his own food, while passengers remained waiting inside the bus. This was highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

The most ridiculous part came after we cleared Malaysian immigration. We waited at least an hour in the bus because one passenger was missing. However, during that entire time, the driver did absolutely nothing to address the issue. It was only after 30–40 minutes that he began counting luggage, claiming there were 13 bags but only 12 passengers, assuming the extra bag belonged to the missing person. Eventually, the passengers themselves got down and recounted the bags, confirming that there were actually only 12 bags for 12 passengers—meaning we waited an hour for nothing.

To make matters worse, despite a smooth immigration process on both sides, what should have been a 3–4 hour journey took 6 hours. I left Melaka at 12PM and only reached home in Singapore around 6PM.

This experience with Delima was extremely disappointing, disorganized, and a clear lack of professionalism from the bus crew. I sincerely hope this issue is taken seriously and that action will be taken to prevent such incidents from happening again.

Bus driver talks so rude to me. Such a bad attitude. He didn't open the bus locker for me to keep my luggage. He said that siapa suruh lambat? Actually I just arrived on time. He asked me to put at my seating place. He restricted the passengers to not eat in the bus. He stopped his bus to check who eat in the bus and wasting the time. I don't recommend this bus. Paying high and the services so poor. Cannot charge phone even they provide charger pod.

choose other options. This bus service is bad.

2. No curtesy to inform passenger during stops .eg. Malaysia/Singapore immigration. Some paasenger is a first timer travelling to Singapore by bus. He just shouted cop passport! cop passport. A foreigner didnt understand what he is saying! and he just keeps shouting.

Please change your driver/or train them well if you wanna sustain in this industry!

Rude Indian Bus Driver

Encountered a very rude Indian bus driver on my way back from Melaka to Singapore (8.30am-12pm). He spoke rudely to a few passengers when they stood up in the bus to check something. He played his Indian music very loudly in the bus. He kept holding his mobile phone while driving on rainy day. On and off he would tear open biscuit wrappers to munch during driving. He is a very risky driver and I sincerely hope that the company would look into the matter seriously.

They sell more tickets than seats

This company sells more tickets than they have seats available. I got on the bus and my seat did not exist. Was told to go off the bus and then got the information that I had to go to a counter to get a refund for my ticket and get a new ticket. I had to get a more expensive ticket from a different company and had to wait SIX hours. SCAM. Avoid at all cost.

This is the second time I got the same…

This is the second time I got the same bus company as I did not expect and I was asking driver to open spare room for my big bag, he don’t even look at me till I am speaking out loud then he was angry been very rude alao he drive the bus out of platform while passenger standing not yet ready highly should be improve and such a bad manner
Also very annoying as he always open his music too loud he should put ear phone on

Rude driver

Rude driver. He shouted not to bring food and eat at home. MKL 17. Melaka sentral to Tbs. Please educate your bus driver with manners. please take this serious because most of the reviews about rude driver. My first and last unpleasant trip with Delima. i would not recomend this bus to others.
