The tick protection collars are totally…

The tick protection collars are totally useless. THEY DO NOT PREVENT TICKS AS ADVERTISED. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

The customer service is as equally useless. They give the excuses that the collars efficiency is dependant on the animal, the exposure, and application. I used on normal dogs, walked in normal places and how difficult can it be to get putting the on wrong?!!! They don't offer refund for a product incorrectly advertised as they say they are hygiene products. I am furious. This company is selling products not fit for purpose and getting away with it by saying they are hygiene products. DO NOT BUY.

Flea and tick collar completely…

Flea and tick collar completely ineffective. Our two dogs after a week’s holiday in Cornwall had a total of 7 ticks. The collar clearly offered no protection. The company’s response was dismal. Please do not waste your money, or put your pet through this discomfort

The product is really okay, but...

The product is really okay. But since I ordered I always receive spams. I can unsubscribe, unsubscribe and unsubscribe, but then even come more and more. This really makes me crazy. So, if you do not like spams (who really does?) DO NOT ORDER!
