Wrong size and suddently nonexisting costumer service
I ordered two skargen deal sets and I easily had one set changed to a different size on request before shipping (via email). I then got a confirmation saying that both sets had been changed to the different size. This was corrected quickly and smoothly (via email as well).
When I finally received the order, part of one of my sets was a different size than the rest of the set (arm warmers in L, collar and leg wraps in M) and doesn't fit me.
I have tried to have it resolved via email. I have waited for response for more than six weeks now. I have still not heard from you after my second email a week ago and my comments and messages to your facebook page.
I understand that the whole pandemic situation slows things down but I would still like to get some sort of confirmation that my inquiry has been received and will be resolved eventually. I am wondering what happened to that quick, smooth costumer service I experienced earlier on. This is starting to look really bad. I will try calling you on Monday, but I my hopes are not too high...
