RETOURNEREN VAN AFSLUITKOSTEN EN ABONNEMENTSGELD!!

Ik had 10 maanden geleden aan sim only afgesloten bij degsm.nl en ze zouden mij de afsluitkosten en een gedeelte van de abonnementsgeld terugstorten op mijn bankrekening. Mijn abonnement loopt bijna af en ik heb nog geen cent van hun teruggekregen. Ik heb 10x gebeld naar dat bedrijf en kreeg tevens te horen dat het nog zou gebeuren en dat ze het door zullen geven aan afdeling Administratie. Ik heb verder nog steeds niks gehoord van hun. Dit is gewoon belachelijk!!

super slecht bedrijf

heb een telefoon al 4 maanden ter reparatie bij degsm.nl en er wordt helemaal niets aan gedaan, medewerker verschuild zich achter zijn collega (lees werkgever) buitengewoon slecht bedrijf.

mijn advies is om bij DEGSM.NL geen telefoons te kopen of een abonnement af te sluiten.
