Degiro gives wrong information Analistenconsensus
Degiro shows the possibility to look at the Analistenconsensus for a surten share or ETF. The text is: This is how analist of worldwide investment banks and brokers assess this share on this moment. It literally states that this is CURRENT INFORMATION.
However, at the very bottom of the graph, in small font, it says: "Last update" xx-xx-xx and it turns out that most of the information was obtained a MONTH OR MORE AGO.
We contacted Degiro about this, but they refused to change the text.

Ever changing fees, 0 customer support.
They lure you in with low fees, then increase the fees when a substantial amount is collected in your account... Customer support is a catastrophy. 3 weeks waiting time for a response is too much when discussing your lifetime savings. To then receive vague answers past the points you inquiry about, it's particularly infuriating. Regrets!

Fees are totally misleading
Fees are totally misleading. What they list in the fee schedule PDF on the website differs from the cost that appears when executing a transaction, which also differs from the actual cost they charge. And here I am talking when trading the American stock market.
Secondly, the transactions overview is a disaster, as it shows every trx separately. It shows buy trx, cost trx, and sell trx. You need to calculate manually to find out what happened with the trade. Imagine you execute a large number of trades per week.

Very suspicious practices
They are criminals, stay away. Very suspicious bond actions, funds from for example matured bonds are added to the account balance and days after that they just disappear. I have been client for years, this has happened over and over again. Weak explanations, nothing changes. I have finally had enough, will sell all my existing bonds and exit asap.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. DEGIRO is an execution only broker. This means that if a bond for example matures before the set date we will execute what is being required. If no action from you as a client is required, you will most likely not be contacted.
Sometimes, these events are mandatory and announced on the investor relations page of the company's website or on the website of the exchange. We strive to update our clients on the incoming corporate actions on a best effort basis, nevertheless, it is the client's responsibility to keep track of all events regarding their investments.

Good site, more choice to buy than elsewhere
Good site, fairly easy to use. One can buy ETFs that other brokers dont offer anymore, like i.e. Windows Tree leveraged silver 3X (PCFH). Not very expensive either. I have been using it for more than 5 years.
