Infuriating company

Infuriating company. Their non-medical review team refuse treatments in the face of best practice scientific research. They call to pressure to get their way. Treat you like they’re a PVV branch of the Dutch NHS.

they cancelled my insurance with other company

have problems with decision? insure yourself here! then they're gonna automaticly decide you continue with them in new year and ----CANCEL YOUR OTHER INSURANCE for you!!!!! I can't believe they can really do it.

Bad company

Bad company, they are stealing money, I never paid so much in my life, eigen risico only for family doctor appointment ?? So I am paying 328 euro on month, and since now they took a lot of money in my account. Don't make contract with them.

Absolutely love this insurance company

Absolutely love this insurance company. I was super sick couple of days ago, i didnt have a doctor since i had recently moved to the Netherlands. And i am not from Europe. So i was also not aware of the Dutch system. I called de friesland, and i was blessed to have Miss Esmeraldi help me find a doctor. not only i go the appointment same day, Miss Esmeraldi sent a box of tea at my house, with warm wishes. I am thankful to this lady, she helped me and understood the urgency of the matter in the call. I am grateful and Thank you so much dear!!
