I do not recommend this company. I would score them 0 if it was possible. The customer service I just received was appalling. I called twice and was spoken to with attitude and rudeness, by the second customer assistant. I was made to feel like I'm inconvenience them, when it was the other way around. Very poor service.
Fantastic company, my partner called Defluo for no heating on Saturday. We was so worried with a new born baby and it being the weekend. Defluo attended so quickly and fixed our boiler. They was so polite, professional and had all the correct PPE to keep my family safe. Thank you Defluo.
