Terrible company does not want to take …

Terrible company does not want to take your money. How do you cancel a paid order without even a phone call just because you think the shipping address is someone under 18? Why would you default to assume credit card fraud instead of just CHECKING?

We do not allow orders that send gas masks (used for pot smoking) to 14 year old kids.
Calling a fraud order usually ends up in a fraud phone call where the perpetrator takes the call and tells us what we want to hear.
No objective way to verify except through a 3rd party like the bank. Your bank's policy is not to cooperate for verification.
You should have just had the order sent to you, if you are the cardholder.
