Our company has filed for insolvency with the competent local court. The proceedings have not yet been officially opened, and no insolvency administrator has been appointed at this time.
At the moment, we are unfortunately unable to process any refunds or credit notes, as we must await further decisions from the insolvency court.

Horrible process for returns
Horrible process for returns - they claim it will take them two months to return my money???? After waiting weeks for them to process the return which they still have not done I then have to wait two months on top of that to get my money back???? This can not be legal……

Post Nord lost my packet. They aknowlegde this and will refund the seller upon inquiry from def-shop, but def-shop doesn't answer mails, phones or social media accounts. I have tried contacting them since 22th of december 2024 to no avail. One time a real human and not an auto-response answered an e-mail asking what the case was about, I told them again (because apparently they can't look at one of the other e-mails I have sent with specific information, the one they answered was just a frustrated "Please answer me!"), and now I haven't heard from them since january 14th 2025.
I have now made an inquiry with my bank to try to get my money back - 1000 kr (112 GBP/140 $).
This could be handeled so easily from def-shop, both them and I could get our money back but that is apparently not something they wish to do.
Don't buy from them.

I always checking Trustpilot before buying. I did the same this time shopping online at DEFShop. It was the worst ranking ever seen. But, the product and price looked great so I toke the chance. WOW, everything when quick, easy and smooth. So I believe that DEFShop also deserves some credit...
Only 2 out of 5 items delivered. The unavailable items are still being promoted
I've shopped with them before with out any problems. This time they only delivered 2 out of 5 items, as the other three were "unavailable" though they had charged for all 5 items. The delivery time of two weeks was much slower than last time. I did automatically get a
refund for the non available items, which is fine. But the same unavailable items are still being sold and and advertised on their website and in facebook adds with high discounts, which feels rather dishonest, and seem like a trick to get customers to order additional things.

Completely no customer service. Ordered twice from them now every time return has not been registered and a hassle to get them to confirm. Terrible company!!

I ordered 5 items. After a few days I got a mail that NONE of the items is available(?!) and I will get a refund. After a month without refund, I wrote them a mail. It took 4 month to answer. "Sorry, you will get a refund, if it does not show up please wait and check with your credit card complany..." Never got a refund, it has been almost a year. I signed in a EU customer complaint now. Ridiculous shop, stay away.

I was looking for a pair of sneakers that are sold out everywhere and found them on the DEF website, super happy, I didn't think twice and ordered them. No confirmation email and some weird pop-up windows asking me to secure my payment urgently and then I stumbled upon all the bad reviews here. PANIC!

Most unprofessional people you could ever do business with. They will f□□k up your order, then not answer your emails, or telephone and WhatsApp calls. And the best they can do, after one of their many many f□□k ups throughout the years, is to give you a voucher for 20%... measly 20%... and you still have to pay for shipping. They're unreliable cheaters only focused on earning money. Costumer support is a word unbeknownst to these people! If you can buy what you are looking for ANYWHERE ELSE, then DO IT! Sincerely, a costumer through many years, with many bad experiences
