WOULD USE AGAIN IF SEND OUT WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL

ON THE WEB SITE THEY SAY ORDER BEFORE 2PM FOR SAME DAY DISPACTCH SO MADE ARRANGEMENTS FOR SOMEONE TO BE IN THEN RING NEXT DAY AS NOT RECIVED TRACKING ID AND WAS TOLD THEY WERE BUSY SO SEND STRAIGHT AWAY 24HRS LATER AND RECIVED 2 DAYS AFTER I ORDERED IT BUT 1 PROBLEM IN 5MTHS BUT SHOULDNT OF HAPPENED

Good service

I have ordered a few things from Deep Blue Supplements now, the 1st order didn't arrive but I made a phone to say I hadn't received it and they resent it and I received it within a couple of days. Apart from that once we have had our orders dispatched and delivered very quickly. I will carry on using them. Thanks

Getting better but could be better!

Like your website but a few things that I don't like & find irritating!
I click on the product that says "in stock" order & pay for it etc etc then when it doesn't turn up I "contact you"to ask where the product is to be told it's not in stock, I haven't been charged & I have to reorder when the product is in, which could be....who knows!!
Why not:
1.List the product as out of stock on the website to save the customer & yourselves all the hassle?
2.If product is out of stock put an "expected in note" so the customer has an idea when the items are back in.
3.If the order is taken & item is out of stock let the customer know & contact them when the item is in!
It's the little things that matter & make for good customer experiences.
Sometimes I feel that your company isn't bothered about their customers.
Customers like to feel they are getting good value for money & an excellent service. Your company should make every customer feel special & that their business matters.
Remember without the customer there is NO business!
Deep Blue has improved over the last few months but in the current climate if it wants to be a class winner then please listen to my comments.
I want to support business in this country but only if that business deserves & wants my custom.
If it doesn't then please say & I'll take my business to somewhere that does.
Like another customer there are only so many free pill pots one needs so perhaps a choice of freebie would be good!

Thank you for your comments, we take them very seriously and aim to improve our customer experience continuously. We have been aware of the stock issue and have put in place measures to tackle this. We have also been told about the free gift being a little repetitive, we are looking at this to change and swap the free gifts or give the user a choice. Hopefully this will be in place pretty soon.

Superb

I managed to get a good deal on some supplements which for a few £ extra, I got some extra supplements thrown in. Result!! Very pleased with my purchase & the service i received. Ordered online & received within the timescale explained. Happy to recommened to other friends & will use again!!!

Good products and efficient delivery

Happy with all purchases from DB, regular customer. Simple to order and products arrive in a timely manner. My only qualm is DB need to incorporate into their website whether a customer has a choice of free gifts or wants to opt out of the gift. I am bored of FREE PILL POTS!!

Good service on what they had in stock

I ordered protein and an item of clothing. The item of clothing was not available in my size.

I was not informed that it was not in my order when I received an email to tell me that it had been dispatched. Upon phoning, I found they did not have my size. I requested the larger size up, but was told by the employee that they couldn't send it to me unless I paid for another delivery because my protein has already been posted.

When I ordered the same clothing about 15 minutes later from a different company, I received a phone call shortly after informing me and apologising for the store not having my size again. They offered a full refund or to change the size. This is how I expect a company to deal with online custom.

Exalent customer service

Exalent service from deepblue I've been in stall and ordered over the phone and both times I've been extremely happy with both encounters with deepblue the help of the staff was second to none thanks
