Stay away from this company

Ordered Cosmiq dive computer in December 2022. Had less than 10 dives with it nothing below 70ft. The display stopped working. Filled out the online warranty form and contacted all support and information email addresses given by the website. Absolutely no response. Going on 3 weeks with nothing. Stay away from this dive computer. Complete waste of money at this point.

Broke after 25 dives and customer services does nothing

I bought a Deepblu Cosmiq+ for 330€ in october 2022 in a divestore in another state than my home. after about 25 dives/half a year the left button stopped working, shortly thereafter the display stopped working. i filled out the RMA online form on the DeepBlu homepage and provided the original invoice, as well as fotos and videos of the unservicable divecomputer. this was a month ago and i still havent got any reply from deepblu. i also contacted them twice via their customerservice emailadress and got no reply, it is now 4 weeks since i uploaded the RMA form. Stay away from this divecomputer, it is not worth your money, just like the customer service

Awsome good customer service

Awsome good customer service from deepblu / cosmiq dive computers🥇🏆. A week ago i sent in my cosmiq which had a minor problem. Today i hot a brand new back with charge cable, and all. They also put in a very smart silicone card holder for my phone 👍, cosmiq +is the best dive computer for the money - (if you don't need a transmitter) . It can do nitrox, has free dive and connects with your phones deepblu app. It's also very easy to use. I would call it the smart phone of dive computers💪 it's obvious why it was sold out for many months last year...
