Worst service ever. They said they would do an early morning pick up which they never did. Just said Driver not available, I had to call and find out. Most useless service

Pathetic cab service ever. 6th consecutive last-minute cancellation. Completely unreliable. Avoid if you value your time.

Kindly dont ever trust Deepam cabs as they never come on time. Once I booked almost 15 days before as i was supposed to go to airport to receive somebody. Driver came almost 30 mins late. According to driver he was not able to find the address. Another incident was even the worst. I had to go to airport to catch the flight. I booked the service well in advance. As driver didn't show up on time, i called him and he told me he is stuck in the traffic so he may be 15 mins delayed but even after an hour he did not show up and last he cancelled my booking. I had to book ola and reached airport just on time. The drivers and the company are not serious about the service and the cars are so dirty and old from inside and drivers are rude who plays local music even without asking the passengers. Please think twice before booking the Deepam cabs.

2 incidences I wish to speak

1) On Jan 11th '24, I booked a cab for airport cab, which never came. I booked another cab on last moment, causing me almost double fare. ++Almost missed my flight
2) On Jan 21st '24, I had my return flight to BLR, and I booked a airport pick up from them. PLEASE READ THIS INCIDENCE FULLY. At BLR airport, my luggage got exchanged with another female. I was told that she is waiting at Hebbal for me. I narrated the whole episode to my driver, and asked him to reach this spot ASAP, where the lady would handover my luggage, and collect her luggage from me. BELIEVE ME OR NOT, the driver called SUHAS MD (M- 8147439098) kept on inciting me to slap this woman when I meet her and pick my luggage. Driver said that he is a localite, and he will handle whatever chaos if I slap her. When I finally met this lady, and exchanged our luggage, Suhas jumped into my argument with the lady, and was very rude to her. I asked SUHAS to keep his mouth shut, as this was none of his business.
After that when I reached home, and paid him some extra money to help me, SUHAS was sooooooooo angry that I did not slap that woman. I am stunned at this racism on the name of him being localite. Needless to mention that Deepam cabs did not bother to take any action against SUHAS

In summary, book a cab with them if you want to
1) Miss your flight or
2) Risk yourself being in the hand of their drivers, who are overly eager to resort to physical violence.

Poor Cab service and Driver does lot of rash driving
After informing Deepam cab service they did not modefied the trip and driver took extra amount. When you call customer service they will say if you like to take the cab you can take it or just leave it. They have very old cabs which will make lot of noice and are not comfortable at all. Driver will be over call or listing to songs. They do rash driving and was 120 kmps mostly all time.

Pathetic service... Zero reliability.... Deepam cabs states in their policy that the driver details will be confirmed before 2 hours of pick up time. This did not happen and when i called them 1.5 hours before the pick up they said the ride is confirmed and the details will be messaged 1 hour before. then they called me 40 mins before to say no cab... i was stranded and got delayed for my trip to the airport.. Will never book again...

It is fraud and very worst and bad experience. I had booked a cab to outstation for both up and down. They called me at last moment 15 mins before and informing U have booked for one way. Then they say us to cancel the trip and the commission (middle) person whose cab is there he will say I will charge U Rs. 13/- per KM and take extra charges. When I booked the cab the charge was Rs. 2550/- and later they charged me 3800/-. Really a big fraud Co. Dont book cabs in DEEPAM CABS....

oh its a horrible service.

Driver wanted to kidnapp me for not paying him as per his ask

Scam enterprise, i called them 4 times to check if my trip is confirmed and when will they share the driver details, they informed me 30min after the trip agreed time, saying they are canceling the trip and abruptly cut the call. Horrible rude people, i almost missed my international flight because of these cheater's, do not use their service they will never share drivers number nor will let you know early that they cannot arrange the cab, they will make you wait and cancel the cab at the last min or 30mins after the the agreed pick up time in my case. Again do not book this cab as you will be disappointed and can miss your flight if you trust them.

Never give money to driver in advance. They will not refund your money at the end of the trip. Rash driving.

They are also dependent on the customer for their fooding during the trip

Really terrible experience with deepam taxi that driver was worst, seems they are giving training to be rude driver charged extra money and when I complaint in customer care they do care about it

I feel even 1 star doesn't justify them. Have booked a cab for airport from here. Driver called and said he's coming in 10 minutes, he never showed up. He even stopped answering our calls. How can they take it lightly when someone has a flight to catch. We connected with their customer care, they didn't even answer us anything, they were just saying we are checking, will update you and all. Pathetic services, will never suggest anyone this.

Avoid at any cost, last minute cancellation is 90% assured

We had booked a pickup from our house to Airport. We had to follow up with customer care to get the driver details where they had promised to provide the number well in advance..We spoke to the driver and driver confirmed to reach in 10 min.. Even though it was time cab didn't reach and he wasn't picking our call..customer care was contacted and they conveniently said driver is not available. So pathetic service and response..Not worth the last moment panic that we had to go through.

Horrible level of service. Booked successfully then called soon after to say we'd have to wait another hour as they couldn't do outstation until after 10:15. We cancelled this and contacted them again at 10:15. Booking completed online and accepted, followed shortly by a message that they had cancelled this one as unable to do outstation on the same day. Well, if that's the case- then don't set up your booking system in such a way that allows same day bookings. Terrible service. Went with Uber for the trip and they were equally terrible!

The most pathetic service. I had booked a cab to train station on 26th jan23 for 4.15 am. They assigned a driver and when I called the driver on previous night at 10 pm he said that his dutyhas got over and the company will assign a new driver. Upon calling the support centre ( ironically a 24 /7) they told that there is no need to worry and a driver will be assigned 2 hrs before the journey. After that there was no info. When I further called the support next morning they informed that no cab is available and cancelled the booking citing reason as customer cancelled the booking. It's a pathetic company and absolutely untrustworthy and unreliable in its service. My recommendations don't book cabs from this company if you want to have a peaceful travel

Don’t travel by Deepam taxi, while booking they are showing later charges latter they wil fight with you for wrong information given.
They do cheating on km drive, from Indiranagar to nandihill n kailashgiri how it is 302 km, not understand. They are cheater.

I have Booked the Deepam Cab to Bangalore airport a week before in the last minutes they have canceled, didn't even communicated till I checked with customer care. If you are plan in tentative then only book this cab otherwise you will be in soup.
