To Dedprz Management and Regulatory Authorities,

I am filing a formal complaint regarding the illegal confiscation of my $150 deposit and the unjust voiding of my winnings from an ITF tennis match.

1. Rejection of "Arbitrage" Accusations:
The accusation of "arbitrage" is baseless and technically impossible for the bet in question. I placed a single bet on a single outcome with odds of 1.57. Arbitrage requires betting on all possible outcomes of an event to guarantee profit. I am a value bettor who selects odds based on market analysis. Using your own technical inability to set sharp lines as an excuse to steal money is a violation of fair play.

2. Illegal Seizure of Personal Funds:
According to Curacao licensing standards and international gambling regulations, a bookmaker may only void winnings under specific conditions, but they are strictly prohibited from confiscating the player's initial deposit unless serious criminal activity (like money laundering or identity fraud) is proven. By seizing my $150, Dedprz is committing a direct theft of my personal property.

3. Demand for Full Settlement:
I demand the following:
- The immediate restoration of my account access.
- The full payment of my winnings based on the 1.57 odds.
- Alternatively, at the very least, the immediate return of my $150 deposit.

4. Further Actions:
If this matter is not resolved within 48 hours, I will escalate this case to the Curacao Gaming Control Board and the Master License holder. I will also provide proof of this financial misconduct to all major gambling watchdog sites and payment processors to flag your operations as fraudulent.

I have all necessary screenshots of the bet, the balance, and the support logs to back up my claims in a public and legal dispute.

guys please read my comment. trust me this is the worst poker site i have played it is nothing but a pure scam i literally play in more than 12 poker sites and rooms and trust me don't ever waste your time on this site. you will be able to qualify for the main event but you can never win it. there is no fairness code and cards are dealt random if you are a deposit more you will get good cards. i have played over 1000+ hands in a account where i qualified for a event and i deposit only for buy in amount and never play casino and on my friend's account he lost over a 1000$ on this site and i played 3 tournaments and was able to cash all 3 and get perfect pairs like 10 in one hands which i never got on my account where i played like 1000+ hands of poker only so believe me this is scam site they never let you win while they take every money

I won 4000 here first they told me i had to do kyc (what i didn't want to do) that was good then the next day they told me that my account will be reviewed again and they told me there was suspicious betting on my account. So they will close my account and i could only withdraw my deposit (1000). They just stole 4000 from me by saying there is suspicious betting going on on my account. Crazy casino never play here please.

Again after sending a complaint about my blocked withdrawel they wont respond on you and now the have blocked my account. Childish for an casino. Scammers like these is hard to find. One of the best crypto casinos out there. Playing for over a year and had never issues withdrawing winnings.
UI and overall design is great. Sometimes withdrawals may take a little but that's also the case in other casinos.

I had turned €175 into €3400 with sports betting, wanted to withdraw, and then they suddenly said I had to do a KYC verification. I had to submit my passport and a selfie. I’m from the Netherlands, which is apparently a restricted country, but 40% of their players are from the Netherlands and they actively target this market. They also work with major Dutch streamers.

They only refunded my deposit and then blocked my account. Never play there! They stole €3400 from me!

A couple of days ago I try to withdraw my deposit + winnings. Every time I try to withdraw the money gets transferred back into the betting account. I then reach out to support that have me do a KYC. After the KYC is confirmed, they send me an email saying that I have done "sure betting", which is not true and they send no proof either. In the same email they say they're going to keep my money (both deposit + winnings). Every time I try to reach out to them now, they just block my messages.

I am warning you: DO NOT DEPOSIT ANYTHING TO THIS SITE. If you win, they won't let you withdraw your money. All the other reviews saying the same things are true, even though the site's replying with messages like "we always pay out" or "we have never withhold winnings". That's a complete lie. They are stealing your money. So please, please NEVER use this site!

The reply from DEDPRZ seems to be the same reply they give to everyone. There is no "clear evidence" and they have provided no proof. It is simply an excuse to not give people their money back...
