I bought a Bluetooth Decrescent audio receiver second hand to use as a busker to carry audio backing music to my amp and was so pleased with it. Long battery life charge for such a small product. I was so impressed I wanted to buy more as backup in case the battery went on long sessions. The problem was I couldn't find anywhere on line that sold them. I think the original seller Amazon no longer sold them. So disappointed. A brilliant product

I purchased a games charger, Decrescent then sent me the wrong item, entirely their fault, which I returned and quite obviously expected a refund of the purchase price and return postage. Over 2 months and numerous emails/phone calls later I still only have a partial refund. I will never use this company again.

The items I ordered were not high value (about £25 in total) but they arrived in good time (a few days). Also they were of good quality and worked without any problems.
