Just beware if you are buying from this company that they only accept returns for a full order and not a part order . I miscalculated and now have an expensive roll of wallpaper that I cannot return despite the fact that it was only purchased last week .

Hello Fiona,
It was myself that has replied to your email and I did explain our reason for why do this.
Firstly it does state in our deliveries & returns section of the website that we do not accept part order returns which you can read before placing an order with us.
Secondly I did explain that as we are a small independent we have to buy most of our wallpapers direct from each manufacturer and are unable to return rolls to brands such as Romo that you brought. We had to make the decision to stop accepting part order returns as we were often left with lots of returns of odd rolls that we had paid for and never re-sold , in order to carry on trading.
Also the item that you purchased was an extra wide roll and we have a note on the product page to contact us for quantity advice that we will always help with before you decide how may rolls you need.
We are flexible if we stock the wallpaper or the particular brand will take returns from us but unfortunately Romo is not one of those brands and I am sorry that we have stuck with our policy.

There is false information on the…
There is false information on the website. It says that in the show room “all wallcoverings, curtains and soft furnishings are beautifully co-ordinated in stunning displays throughout the store.” It’s not. It’s a wallpaper shop full of samples and catalogues. Furthermore, the return policy would lead you to believe you can return rolls. You can’t -only entire orders. Staff weren’t particularly welcoming either.

During our renovation - after putting wallpaper on a ceiling of 6 meters high - I noticed that I didn't have enough wallpaper. So I rushed to the webshop I bought it from and it said that the wallpaper was discontinued. You can imagine my shock. It was impossible to find this wallpaper until I came across Decor Supplies where I had contact with the kindest person ever and she helped me ship a roll to a mom of my coworker, who lives in the UK. I'm from NL and Brexit sucks I can tell. So thanks to Decor Supplies I was able to finish my walls and I'm eternally grateful for the outstanding service! THANK YOU SO MUCH!! Highly recommended.
