Highway robbery

I ordered two faucets and a toilet paper holder. I ordered by phone and paid with a credit card. Only one faucet arrived. I called for the next 8 months, hundreds of times, and left messages with my phone number, to no avail. Couldn't get a person to respond. Went through 2 rounds of dispute the charge with my credit card company, only to be re-charged because they said it was delivered. Finally, after almost a year, my plumber had to send a letter on his letterhead to the credit card company, listing the contents of the box. Only then did they remove the charge, but not for the faucet I received, just the other items. Now I have to find a matching faucet, and can't locate one. It was a time consuming , painful ordeal. This was pure robbery. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY>

Bathroom faucets

i ordered two bathroom faucets in September 2020 and paid for them and now it is end of December and still have not received them. Trying to get status info on the order is impossible with no response from Decor Glamour. when I called the company, i was not able to speak to anyone and got disconnected. Now I am trying to get my money back from them.

Most frustrating company ever

Ordered product 3/21/2020. Charged credit card the day of order. Tried to get tracking. After numerous e-mails and phone calls, on 8/28/2020 they stated that product was obsolete. Then on 8/31 e-mail received that "credit would be issued" non received. Here it is 12/27/2020 and no credit after many E-mails and non returned phone calls. I do believe that they played me from the start. Some how this company needs to loose their Brooklyn business license.

This company has awful customer service and you should avoid them

Ordered two products from these people worth several hundred dollars. They immediately debited our account. After waiting weeks for our products to ship we started inquiring repeatedly about our order status. They kept replying "soon" but no products shipped. After more weeks of delay we finally canceled the order .They acknowledged our cancellation. After weeks of prompting them to process the refund that have failed to do so as of 12-2-2020. This company has acted like they have no regard for their reputation. We find this company to be an awful experience and would never consider dong business with them in the future.

Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service. Will not respond on refund after many tried.
I ordered 3 Emtek knobs and came after like 5 weeks, but wrong parts were delivered. Impossible to get a response from customer service or exchange, Eventually decided to return for full refund. Again, impossible to get a response from customer service. I need to file for a dispute with credit company to get my money back. Never shop at Decor Glamour again!

Terrible experience

Terrible experience.
Took multiple weeks to receive our faucets. One had a small crack and not functioning properly. We were told to mail the faucet back to Kingston Brass (which we did) and provide the USPS tracking number immediately once we had it, then we would receive a refund. This was about 3 months ago. I have emailed, called, and emailed some more. Was promised that they would cut me a check on a friday >6 weeks ago. They still have not done this. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! I will note that it is extremely rare for me to write a company review but my frustration with this experience has been overwhelmingly irritating!

Terrible Terrible Terrible

Terrible Terrible Terrible. If you actually want the item you order, do not order from here. I have been waiting a month and a half for an item. I have tried to contact customer service multiple times with no response back and no one working during their "business hours". When we finally got a hold of someone, they said our item would be shipped out the following monday. That was 2 weeks ago and we still have not received the order. I have emailed and called multiple times. No responses.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I am disputing charge on my credit card.

Dissatisfied with service

Within two hours of my order I tried to change the shipping address. It was on a Friday evening and I did not have a response from your customer service Till the following Tuesday. I tried calling and every email on your website. The prevailing attitude was very curt and unconcerned. I should have accumulated quite a lot of points and now that I’m trying to make another order or at least considering it those points are gone. Don’t you get points on any order? Overall very feisty experience

Love the knob and handles I ordered …

Love the knob and handles I ordered - and the price was great. My only complaint is the website can be difficult when you want to continue shopping - you can’t go back to where you were and order a new size. In spite of having to take extra time to figure it all out - it was still worth it, and I love my hardware! In fact - I just ordered more!!! I hope I have the same good experience!

Horrible Experience

Placed an order on 9/9 and received notice that the items shipped. 1 week later, we called because we still had not received items. Rep told us that they had 2 weeks to shop the items and to be patient. After 2 weeks, I called again and they said the items were back ordered and they were cancelling my order. I called the parent company of the item we purchased and they were NOT backordered. I called back to customer service and asked to speak to a manager, They hung up on me. I sent an email to customer service and was completely ignored.

I would not recommend doing business with this company unless you are prepared to be disappointed.

P.S. Called CabinetParts.com and received order within 24 hours!!!

Somewhat confusing.

It was somewhat confusing to us how the order was being delivered to us. We are not used to two shipments of a single order. Because Of us not seeing or noticing that part we ended up shipping one thing back. It was a lot of confusion along the way too with the drivers It took a while but we got it all working. The drivers won't let you inspect the items though. So when we open them, we want to just leave them protected until they are ready to place. We will take pictures if they are neccessay.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, no email reply, I was 40 minutes on hold and then my call was dropped. Still waiting for my refund. Please be aware if you order from this site. I cannot recommend it.

Dishonest, rude, misleading

Called their phone number this morning. Long wait, they suggested a call back so I left my return number. Never returned my call. Then, 3 hours later, I call them back. The item I wanted is on backorder until next year. Their website wanted my credit card to order the item. No mention of backorder. I asked them why did they want my credit card info. They hung up in my face. Stay away

My story is the same as everyone else

My story is the same as everyone else. I ordered a faucet and haven't received it yet. It has been three weeks. Every time I try to check on the shipping status they say it will be three more weeks before it is shipped. The only communications they accept is through email. They do not answer the phone. Do not buy from this company. I'm not sure it even exist.

Scam - takes $ w/ no product delivery! RUN!!

Placed an order for over $700 worth of Emtek cabinet pulls...never received more than half the order and Decorglamour will not make it right. They have told me 2 times in the last 6 weeks that the rest of my order will be sent. It has not- every time I’m able to get through to them they give me a different answer and nothing to actually send me the products I paid for! Run away from this Total ripoff - buy from a reputable source!!

WARNING: Suspect this to be a Fraudulent Company

Like many of the other reviews have stated it will take MONTHS, not weeks, to receive your order. In my case, I still have not received my full order and it is going on 3 months since I placed the order. What I have received is incomplete despite being charged for the full amount. I have sent numerous emails (20+) that have gone unanswered and called an equal amount only to be put on hold and never connected or was hung up on (this happened 4 times). I have contacted my credit card company to cancel the order and to retrieve the money for the incomplete order I received. I SO wish I had read the reviews before using this company. Furthermore, many items sold through this questionable company can be found at legitimate retailers (Lowe's/Home Depot) for less money. This is hands down the worst online purchase I have ever made.

I have waited over 3 weeks now for this…

I have waited over 3 weeks now for this order to ship. Their website says that the product I ordered (Emtek) ships in "5-7 days". I checked the status on day 7 and was told that due to Covid, Emtek was shipping in "7-10 days". After that window passed, I called them and was told that Emtek products actually take 30 days to ship, which 'they tell all of their customers'... (I have a copy of the shipping times listed on their website) The person I spoke to went so far as to tell me that she can't control what's on their website... And they couldn't cancel it because it happened to be shipping that day from Emtek to their warehouse. We'll see if I actually get it next week when they say they'll be shipping. Bottom line - I would not trust this company.
