WARNING - EXPENSIVE RETURNS AT YOUR OWN COST

A terrible experience when we bought a €269 console table. It took many weeks to be delivered, there was no reply to an email follow up. Then when the delivery finally arrived, it did not fit our needs so we went to return it immediately. We then discover that you must pay for your returns and the point of return is very far away (341km from Paris). This returns process was a complete surprise and the information is well hidden on the website. Be very careful as it is so expensive to return things, that it is not worth doing it. The service is bad and the purchase conditions are misleading and not clearly communicated, but you discover when you have a problem how bad it is. Warning - DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!
