Also since using this company who have actually gathered my data they have clearly sold it to many people and I keep getting terrible spam phone calls! Like I say do not go anywhere near

We bought some exercise equipment from…
We bought some exercise equipment from Decathon on-line, an exercise bike, a treadmill and an installation contract. We specified we had a narrow road to our house. The delivery company showed up in an 18 wheeler truck that would not fit down our road. They told us they would be back the following day in a smaller truck. They never showed back up,
. I traced our delivery to find out that our equipment was returned to the warehouse in Malaga. I called the delivery company to find out what was happening. They were very rude. I called Decathlon and they were not helpful at all. I had to do my own research to figure out how to file a return. The whole process was very frustrating from the beginning due to lack of communication and follow-up. They have held our money since the beginning of the order, which was around 6 weeks ago and the return takes up to 14 business days. Iwould not recommend doing business with Decathon, ever.

Automation gone wrong — avoid the waste of time..
Ordered an inflatable tent and pump, received a pole tent and pump. If I said this was like dealing with the keystone cops I’d be making the keystone cops look good. Decathlon passes blame to their ‘picking robots’ — this company is ‘automation gone wrong’ - I wish I’d have read the reviews on here first!! I would have thought twice about ordering from Decathlon— in other words AVOID. I certainly will from now on. Ps.. still not received a refund or the original tent order…😩

Placed an order over a week ago go and paid for faster delivery. Still nothing, tired to contact customer service and only options were WhatsApp and emails, still nothing 24 hours later. Rang local store and all they could done was was put a customer service request on my behalf, waste of time as still nothing contact!

1 star is too much. Dont reply to messages. Never any timeslots for call backs. Company is a joke. Staff in store are not trained to deal with these situations.

If I could give six stars, I would!
Excellent service!
Although the shop was incredibly busy, every member of staff acknowledged us and was ready to assist my 10-year-old son and me whenever needed.
Mateo, the manager, personally helped us choose a bike while working on the shop floor. He asked all the right questions and recommended a bike that my son and I loved from the moment he sat on it. There was no pressure or sense of being rushed—just a friendly, effortless conversation.
After completing the purchase, the technical team prepared the bike for us, and we left the shop with massive smiles on our faces.
I would also like to mention Alex, whom we have had the pleasure of dealing with on previous visits when purchasing other items for the family. What a guy!
Both Mateo and Alex were extremely knowledgeable, empathetic and attentive to our needs, combining a genuinely human approach with complete professionalism.
If I could give six stars, I would!

I ordered a tent in July and it never arrived at my house I told them and they returned me the shipping cost and that was it it’s now been many weeks again and no reply. No refund for my tent and no follow up emails.

Reconnecting with nature
Decided to reconnect with nature now I have retired. Decathlon have never let me down on any of my hobbies and didn’t disappoint this time either. Their online shopping was easy to use, reasonable prices and quick delivery. My first night away in my new tent, had me in a very heavy rain and gusty wind storm and the tent was perfect. The tent I bought was the Trail shilstone 5 man family tent 5000mm waterproof bedroom living area & awning, so happy I wish I had done this sooner.

Very straight forward paying on the website and this continued in the shop when I collected the item.
