They dont take responsibility for their faults

I bought a pair of leather boots from this store for the first time, believing I was getting a quality product and supporting a small local business. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing.

The first pair of boots had obvious defects both in the outer leather and in the insole, which was bent. After receiving a second pair, the same problem occurred: the bent insole makes the boots uncomfortable and clearly defective.

I returned both pairs and was refunded for the boots, but not for the shipping costs, which I find extremely unfair, considering the defect was not my fault. I contacted customer service multiple times, but I haven’t received a reply for over a week, and it seems clear that they do not want to take responsibility for the defects in their products.

I am very disappointed because I expected at least some understanding and care for customers, especially for a product that is supposed to be of high quality. This experience makes me doubt how much this store actually cares about its customers and its products.
