I ordered something from them and there was an issue with the delivery, I literally opened the message with something along the lines with "I'm not sure if you can help, I believe the issue is with the delivery company"

after days of commenting on posts saying things like "please check dms regarding an issue with a purchase" they finally responded accusing me of "spreading nonsense" and then told me that Instagram deleted my message to then?

this obviously annoyed me, but I resent the dm, told them that the deleted dm was not the issue of the consumer. Their response was to block me

i've never dealt with a more unprofessional company, and it turns out they're not even a UK based company

From their website they appear to be a UK affordable, but decent quality (from the pictures) clothing site. Unfortunately, I didn't read into the return policies or reviews of the site prior to making a purchase, so when the clothing arrived I was, safe to say, very disappointed. The quality of the clothes are what I can only describe as the quality of cheap fancy dress clothing (which for the price you pay is far from ideal). I order the same size of clothing for everything in the UK, and for a company marketing themselves as a UK clothing brand you would hope that the sizes they sell are consistent with that of UK clothing - they were not.
To add the cherry on top, it costs at least £20 to ship the clothes back to China, which I did months ago and I have given up on receiving the refund as I assume there are issues with customs. You get clothing so this website isn't a "scam" as you do receive your clothing, however it is nothing more than a drop-shipping website and I would avoid, especially at the prices that they charge and difficulty to return items.

I ordered a few pieces. The clothes were shipped from China. It took way longer until the package arrived than they say on their website. Some pieces that I ordered didn’t even arrive. All pieces were poor quality. Most of them weren‘t even labeled correctly from international standards (no size, no washing guide, no information about the material).

Some information like that about the material is even wrong on their website. I noticed that the customer service is very poor when I reached out to them regarding my return.

I returned all of the items. I had to pay at least ~20€ for the return shipping cost. Three weeks after I sent out the return there wasn‘t any sign of the customer service that the return arrived. So I had to reach out to the customer service again. Then the customer service told me there are problems with the Chinese customs and they have to deduct another 18€ customs fees from the refund. All in all it took about 40 e-mails and multiple months until I finally received my refund.

I would never buy there again. I urgently recommend you NOT to buy there. NEVER. It‘s not worth your time and money.

They delivered an order to the wrong address, so the order never arrived in my hands. Every time I write to customer support they tell me they will investigate. The names of the customer support are fake and the messages they write are the same. They keep you answering non-sense answers until you get tired and desist the complaining. So they played me. not recommended at all, and is not a UK company.

Bought a jacket but it didn't look like the photo at all and was really thin, you simply couldn't call it a jacket, maybe a jumper.

Also, the appearance in real life was quite fluffy, not like the photo.

The size I bought is "Small" but it's large or extra large, the label says S but I'd hate to see what a medium or large looks like, I'm just under 6" so not a small person...

I wanted to return it, but I have to pay for the return, I don't think this is fair, the product is not as described, so I ended up keeping it.

Lastly, it wasn't clear that this was drop shipping from china, it came directly so took a long time and if I'm honest, I thought I was giving my business to a high quality local firm, I wasn't...

I spent a lot time looking so am really disappointed.

I bought shorts, but what I recieved were NOT the shorts portrayed on the website. The design is poor (and not the same as on the website!), the color different and the quality is very low! Now I have to spend more money returning the item to China. Never shopping with the again. Just save your money! :-(

Shoes looked nothing like advertised, real cheap quality from china - took 3 weeks to get here, wasted £50.
