Ali - Cowboy Operator

Lulled into a sense of believing the company worked legally, I part financed a used car. Found out later when talking to finance company that I had paid £16135 for a car advertised at £15690. I eventually managed to get a refund of the difference when other problems arose with the car.
Four months later, I’m selling the car to another dealer and need an invoice to show it was bought from Deals on Wheels because I’ve had it such a short time; after a week of calls, emails, cajoling, Ali outright refuses to provide the document, saying he’ll charge me the refund even though I am already paying the finance company the overcharge and that he will buy the car back off me in 2 months’ time, because he spent time and money rectifying issues with the car - I had already found that the car being under warranty still had the item he claimed to have spent £400 on was replaced for free.
Other staff members there are fine. Ali is the rogue and cowboy operator and I’m takin this up with the finance company. I am also editing my initial review invited to on another website, seeing as they haven’t claimed this page

Deals on wheels London is my dealer for…

Deals on wheels London is my dealer for many years. I did buy 3 cars in the pass 5 year and going to buy me 4th soon. An amazing experience from start to hand over the keys. I Am getting quality cars that been verified and cheeked with low mileage and Reasonable price. Even after hand over I am always welcome and got the service I need.

Impressed

Purchased a car from them in September, very friendly and welcoming. Being a female and a student I thought they would try to take advantage but I was completely wrong. I had everything explained to me, was able to have a reasonable length for a test drive. any worries or questions I had was answered open and honestly which I appreciated. When it came to finances they allowed me to go through options and explained all the fees they had imposed such as administration. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.

Unprofessional and Dishonest

Unprofessional, dishonest dealer.
Recently he advertised Nissan Qashqai car on Autotrader for £12690. I called him to arrange viewing and he told me that the car will be available in 2 days. Next day, he increased the car cost to £13390. I called him to check the reason to increase the cost, he told me that it was a mistake. Obviously he was lying. As a dealer, it is rare that this kind of mistake he can afford to do. On top of this he was rude on the phone and his attitude was like he doesn't care what me (customer) think of his action.
any ways, I just checked again, he increased the car cost again to £13490.
Unfortunately I dont have first advertise screenshot but I took some screenshots later to make aware of people. I definitely would not believe this dealer even if he is selling cheaper car. I am sure being an unprofessional person he would definitely hide information or compromise with car quality. please check below pictures for your reference.
