I was using Dealo ink cartridges for a Canon i865 printer, the printer eventually died of old age.
When I purchased another printer I ordered ink cartridges for the new one.
Dealo saw that they were not the same cartridges that I had originally ordered & contacted me to make sure I was receiving the right ones.
I don't know of another company who would be so much on the ball.
I'm very impressed with their efficiency.

I have always found Dealo people to be fantastically helpfull, until they know you they ask what model your printer is so as to ensure they send you the correct cartridges. Further the speed of dispatch is great and any hold ups are usually the fault of the postal people not Dealo. Correspondence between the customer and the company is A+ and they keep you across the progress of the order at all times. A pleasure to deal with them and be a repeat customer. Thank you all.

Purchased some cartridges from dealo and for some reason my printer still did not work. I contacted them and within minutes there was an expert talking me through something that was my fault. My printer had a printhead issue. The people at dealo not only found this for me, their expert fixed my printer absolutely free
