Do not use this company. Appalling lack of customer service, no communication. Item was meant to be delivered in 7-14 days, now being told 3-8 weeks after trying to contact them on numerous channels. Appalling - avoid at all costs.

They send me the wrong item and they don't want to replace it

Dont buy here. I buyed something 3 months ago but havent received anythin. They only say I have to keep waiting despite delivey time was 7-18 days. They just take your money

Product wasn’t sent. I emailed 5 times to get an update with no response. My 9 year old son saved money to buy a Rubik’s cube bundle and checked the mail box everyday, but I had to explain that it wasn’t coming. Very angry!! I regret reading reviews prior to purchasing. Do not shop on this website!!

Dealexreme has become a fraud. Defect item, asking for little fee for resend new item. They kept the fee so that I lost even more money! Stay away!

Received the expensive but faulty earpods.. from somewhere in Hong Kong apparently, after paying for quick delivery.. they arrived 2 weeks later.
Tried contacting them several times but no reply.
They seem to operate on the basis that ignoring unhappy customers will make them go away eventually.
Avoid and go elsewhere, even if you must pay a bit more at least you get what you pay for.

in the order page, item show as fully delivered and shipped when item is untraceable. Unprofessional Site. useless customer service

Ordered phone that was in stock, but it did not arrive. Contacted DX, they had not shipped it because it was now out of stock. Waited a month to get the order shipped, then never received package. No support. Had to open a complain with credit card company.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY... I ordered a phone in July 2019. Its October 2019 and no phone or refund. Reached out to DX who admitted it to being lost / never delivered and to wait and wait and wait. Promised to give a refund; never got that either. Constant emails still going back and fourth. I firmly believe my 200$ phone or refund is never going to arrive. I took a gamble and lost ! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM DX EVER AGAIN. Ordered same item from Banggood dot com/ . DX is a scam. Learn from me. Don't be a fool.
Here is the last response from DX on Oct 17: "Hi, just like we said, could you please close the dispute firstly, so that we can handle the refund. Currently the system doesn't have an option for refund."

There is a promise.
Wait two weeks.
They have not responded since October 07.
I will never buy from them again.
And I don't recommend it to anyone.
Even eBay is more accurate

terrible processing and shipping..paid extra for expidited shipping and its been over a month..no response from customer service..ive asked for a refund of shipping cost..no response.If i ever get my product without a fight I would be surprised.I will never use their

been dealing with them for years . If I continue to buy from them is because they have good price . But I did get some order where It took a couple of months to get my order. I mainly buy stuff that I am not in a hurry to get. My last order got delivered much faster then I had expected .

I bought an expensive item (gpd micropc) and the said it was dispatched in september 24th while I ordered it in the morning of the 19th of september. its 4 october now and they say that becuase 1-7 october is a holiday its not shipped while its despatched... Something is fishy here and if they do not deliver it in a reasonable time I will call in a paypal dispute! order nr is:190919100188822038. The tracking they give you doesn't work.

If you didn't send the item then don't say you did!

I will not recommending this webshop for buying stuff you need. Then you are better off on ebay.

Extremely poor logging system. They are sending too many advertisements to your email and you can not stop getting harassed. Many deceits information on the website. For example, the false date for receiving the item

2 months and the product is not delivered yet

Have ordered mi band 4 from deal extreme. Haven't received my product and had been stuck at the customs for a few weeks now. Now I am being asked to deal with customs etc myself. Very unprofessional.

I have given up and will never buy from deal extreme.

Dishonest and fraud site. Paid for the product they promised that I would get in 20 days, now more than 50 days no product and no refund. DX.COM IS A FRAUD SITE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER SEND THE PRODUCT.

Paid for a phone to be delivered to Australia, with tracking.
Was given a completely invalid tracking number.
After it should have arrived, 7-18 days, wrote to them to ask about it.
Was given a new, this time valid, tracking number.
It is as if they only sent the item in response to my query.
According to the new tracking number, the item never reached Australia Post.
Three months later, they keep stalling for time, refusing to give a refund.

In the past, dealextreme have delivered.

It may not be dx's fault that the parcel didn't arrive, but the tracking is the only test and i've had to buy another phone elsewhere. What is dx's fault is the complete lack of any way to deal with the problem. So i feel like i've been scammed.

Ordered a phone 3 weeks ago. They keep saying it's out of stock will be back in 3 to 5 days. Said that 3 separate times. Poor service and lie to customers.
