Actually a lot stronger than they looked before assembly! Make sure you look for instructions between boards and Chris also sent a great video of how to assemble. Really good customer service and im very pleased with the shelves.

Order processing was fast and delivery updates were accurate from dispatch to arrival. The item matched the catalog specifications perfectly.

Ordered an item more than 10 days ago, when I view the order it says item is on its way. However I have received no further updates since then and received no reply when I emailed asking for an update.

Item I received was not the quality item that was advertised. An inferior product was delivered instead.

You asked me to contact you to resolve this issue, which I have done via email and I have not heard from you since. Please take action as the ladder you sold me is unsafe.

Customer service was good but item has terrible instructions that are badly put together . You will require gloves and a long sleeved top assembling this item the company have failed to identify this . I slit my elbow open on this shelving it’s very sharp . I have e mailed them this and they said they would rectify the instructions they are barely readable .

Ordered a ladder 10 days ago. Website says they usually dispatch in 1 working day. They still haven’t dispatched and I’ve sent 2 emails to which neither have had any form of reply or acknowledgment.
