Potential Fraud!

The first order went smoothly, but sadly the second one did not. I ordered a vanilla oleo resin, but received something completely different. Vanilla oleo resin is even described on their website as thick, dark brown to black. What I received, however, smells like almonds, is liquid, and white to transparent.

I contacted customer service on the same day and received no response for a week. I then wrote again and have now been waiting for another week without any reply. I believe this is a case for the international consumer protection and will be forwarded accordingly, as this concerns my money and a potential case of fraud. Therefore, please be cautious when purchasing from this website.

Bei der ersten Bestellung alles gut gelaufen aber leider bei der zweiten nicht da ich ein Vanille Oleo Resin bestellt habe aber was ganz anderes erhalten habe. Vanille oleo resin ist sogar auf deren Website als dickflüssig dunkelbraun bis schwarz beschrieben, bekommen habe ich etwas was nach Mandeln riecht, flüssig ist und weiß bis transparent ist, Kundenservice am selben Tag geschrieben eine Woche keine Antwort, darauf hin nochmal geschrieben jetzt warte ich wieder seit einer Woche, ich denke das ist ein Fall für den internationalen Verbraucherschutz und es wird auch weitergeleitet denn es geht immerhin um mein Geld und einen möglichen Betrug, also Vorsicht beim Kauf auf dieser Seite.

For perfumery very low quality of materials.

Approx €70 order was shipped and handled in ok-time. Packaging was also OK.
I am pleased with the products. Nothing to say.

But €15,9 shipment + credit card fee of €2 (I have Mastercard Debit - it is free) is too expensive for costumers. Still 5 stars.

I’ve placed several orders with De Kruiderie, and every single one has been flawless. The quality of their materials is top-notch, shipping is fast and always carefully packed, and the selection they offer is exceptional — especially for those of us working in high-level perfumery.

Customer service is friendly, clear, and helpful, which I really appreciate. I even have another order currently on the way, which says a lot about how much I trust this shop. Highly recommended!

I must say they have average raw materials quality, everything smells quite the same ! Their natural Essential Oils don't have depth, they are a bit shallow and it is not the best for perfumery uses. They offer 10% PDG dilution with aroma chemicals which is nice, but it does not make sense with materials like Ethyl Malthol or arguably even with Vanilin. Their synthetic materials are reasonably good. They have very good prices but if you want a real perfumery quality go for De Hekserij, much better shop for real perfumery supplies, although more expensive.

Biggest selection, best quality and lowest prices, the shop is the best of it's kind in the entire country! I adore this shop!
