Really really worst maintenance and kind of get the feeling of cheated.. I went for subscription with them and during their first visit, they cleaned and did regular maintenance and within 2 weeks had issues again, they came and change some parts and switched the mode to eco mode to save energy which I did not accept to do. but they did and afterwards no hot water, then again made an appointment and they changed the mode to back and charged me again. overall very bad experience, so I paid 3 times of one maintenance. Customer service is horrible.

Terrible company. The customer service is a mess. They don't meet their promises, refuse to give clear information to customers and if you are a foreigner like me, stay away from them. They make it clear that they don't like you. It is hell to get something done with this company. Every time I needed them, I had soo many headaches that I decided to go to court in order to solve my problems.
