Great fast call out and service
The fitter was quick and tidy

Great service, easy to book, they were on time and delivered the service quickly and efficiently, cleaning up after them selves👍

Everything was great but for one thing
We arranged prior to the appointment day that I would get a phone call from installation guys so I could leave work and be back home for their arrival. This call did not happen, luckily my son was still in and got a call from my son instead when they arrived 2 hrs early.

I found the engineers to be very caring helpful and professional nothing was too much trouble.

Two brilliant engineers (sorry if that’s the wrong word) came to our house to install Starlink. Really polite and hugely knowledgeable. Did a fantastic job, and left everything really tidy. Couldn’t recommend more.

I have switched to Vodafone for my broadband, because I own a large older bungalow the supplied router wifi only covers 20%, a while ago I had installed a unifi repeater mesh system to cover the rest of the house. I could not connect the unifi system to the Vodafone router, I had local "expert" try and sort out. After 2 hours he gave up. I called Digital Direct, when the engineer arrived, he configured the Unifi system and now all is working. The engineer was really helpful and very knowledgeable.

Brilliant company, Richard came in diagnosed and confirmed the problem, said the best way to do it and left us with fully restored tv and internet. Checked he was happy with his speeds etc. Punctual, neat and tidy job all for a very reasonable price. Would highley recommend
