Digital Direct saved us!
After being without internet for five weeks and getting nowhere with Openreach, we ordered Starlink and arranged an installation with Digital Direct for the Friday.
Digital Direct contacted me on the Monday and, when I explained the difficulties we had been experiencing, they could not have been more helpful. They arranged for the installation to take place the following morning, which saved us a great deal of further disruption.
Ben, the engineer, arrived on time and was extremely helpful and professional. He not only installed the Starlink system but also set up the additional mesh system throughout the house. Within a couple of hours, we were fully up and running with internet speeds far quicker than we had previously experienced.
Really great service from start to finish. I would highly recommend Digital Direct.

Brilliant customer care Company
Jack was extremely helpful explaining what would entail to put the TV on the wall, also giving me a quote before he started the work, he was a very honest man. The service was excellent especially for the price paid and even found the solution of having the correct fittings to drill into the wall. I would recommend this company to anyone who requests work to be done by them as they keep you informed of all upcoming appointments. Above all an brilliant customer care service.
