Definitely works.

I'm currently deployed to Kuwait in the U.S. military. I bought a Zain Netgear Nighthawk MR5100 wifi hotspot when I got here. It was locked. I scoured the internet to see if I could unlock it and I ran accross DC-Unlocker. I downloaded the software and clicked the search Icon and it correctly identified that the hotspot was locked. I loaded up the recommended amount of credits for my device, logged into the application, and used the unlock feature and it unlocked the device. I took the device to the travel wifi vendor here and it was definitely unlocked. This saved me from having to buy a new wifi hotspot. Now I will be able to put any sim card in the hotspot that I want.

The software just doesnt work.

The software just doesnt work.
Of course you have to buy a timed license which is a scummy licensing tactic.
My device (BLA-L29) was on the supported list but after 2 days of trying, troubleshooting etc i didnt get an inch further with unlocking the bootloader.

Winner of the scammers of the week

most likely they are close to bankruptcy so they have decided to steal people's money fraudulently and by deception.
I have a bricked Huawei jny-lx1 jny-lx2 and I saw through the official dc-unlocker page that it is supported in dc-phoenix both in terms of flash in fastboot and unbrick so I decided to buy a 3-day license. unfortunately after several attempts I was able to learn that none of the operations was successful. I contacted support and that stupid support person couldn't find the model among the supported 2 times, in reality it is not really supported because nothing works, despite having inserted the screenshots with red underlined the 2 times model in question among their officially supported and with related supported functions including unbrick. after so many messages and after pointing out all the bad logs on the account and not a single one that went well he started making absurd excuses about their policy and refunds on 3 day passes.
having not yet received an answer or a refund, I'll tell you what the answer is: they are damned failed thieves!
and their policy is to put models in supported only to steal money.

They charge for three day license for…

They charge for three day license for program that does not work under windows 10 pro.
When reached out to support, they gave me "solutions" that does not work. I have asked for a refund, and they said that my license is used extensively, but not by me... Tried to start DC Phoenix again, an program gave a new error, Software locked to other Pc. It turned out that my acc was leaked and someone used my license. They refused to issue a refund (on their suggestion) because license was used.

Poor company, but good support team (responded very quickly)
