DBM Multitrade were hired to install external wall insulation we had carried out where we had many issues which we have been trying to get fixed, the owner Dave/Henry has now said they won’t provide any refund or remedial works to be done. This is after his son Lewis said he had booked in team members for 4 days to fix all the problems. 2 people came for 2 hours total on 1 of those days and didn’t fix anything as they didn’t bring the right products so the “patch” to the hole on our wall wasn’t being filled. Now no one from the family/company are answering any calls or messages leaving us with a hole in our wall render, window reveals that aren’t straight and badly cut windowsills & sealant etc!

Substandard work and fail to honer guarantee on a roof that is only a couple of years old. Ignore calls, fail to turn up for appointments when they eventually agree to it. Also ignore emails and had to call in a different roofer to complete a temporary fix. Happy to take money for the work but when it's not been done properly and causes issues their guarantee isn't worth the paper it's written on.
