Avoid doing business with this bank at all costs!

This terrible bank should be closed immediately! They made me pay a fine and I have to wait 60 days before their reclaim office responds via email. Basically I had to pay up first otherwise their debt collector agency Fire LTD chases me every day torturing me before anyone tells me why I have to pay a fine while the installment was sitting in my bank and I was waiting for a direct debit which I had signed for! Lack of communication between the offices of dutch bank is so obvious, and customers have to pay the price for it. Really disappointed and furious! I will never do any business with them ever again!

They are holding my money since December 23rd for no reason

My name is Able Ange Williams Kelvis. On 11/19/2021, I made a bank transfer in the amount of 8382 and 156 euros from a Sberbank account to a foreign bank to buy a car. On November 22, 2021, the money was withdrawn from the account and on the same day they arrived at Deutsche Bank AG. From Deutsche Bank AG, it went to Credit Mutuel - CIC Banques, where for some unknown reason there was a refusal and the money did not go further.
A month later, that is, on December 23, 2021, the funds were returned to Deutsche Bank AG, where it is still lying. I talked with Deutsche Bank AG about this, they answered that everything is decided at my bank level. via SWIFT channel. My bank (sberbank) contacted them since December in order to return the money back, but they are not answering (said my bank). They are holding my money for no reason.
I tweeted one of my conversation yesterday and guess what, they contacted me to delete the tweet. Unserious bank!!!
All I want is my money!!!!
