I purchased T2 rotors they werent kangaroo paw just std slotted rotors the centre hub hole was too small and there was paint on 1/3 of the friction pad surface , the disc surface was lathed with a deep thread pitch cut into it not ground in a cross cut, the discs weighed twice as much as the old ones which were DBA very high cast iron properties than steel , I believe they are not even Australian made the box they came in probably was . In my view purchasing T2 DBA rotors was not an upgrade but 2 steps downgrade, beware I will never purchase DBA brakes again

There are fake users trying to scam you. And although dba knows it (I have told them about it on several occasions) they do not provide a simple and fast system to report users. Nor to block them.

DBA totally unhelpful when you get scammed by even NemId verified seller.
DBA will not inform you the seller's CPR and instead gives you the seller's DBA ID number. With this you can go to the police. The police can then contact DBA and with the ID number and get the CPR. The problem is that the police does nothing in these cases, even if you report the fraud.
So stay away from DBA, and use Ebay instead where you have a guarantee scheme when buying.
REF: DBA reply: Fraud is also illegal, so DBA should provide defrauded person with CPR or institute a guarantee scheme like Ebay.
So beware NemId on DBA has no value against fraudulent sellers!!

Who is responsible for the fraudulent shopping on dba?
There are serious problems with the platform audit, in addition to but the occurrence of fraud, the platform does not make any effective response, the only way is to find the police report, simply outrageous, why can not learn from other foreign sites to do the platform guarantee it? The platform should act as a third-party transit agency, wait until the buyer confirms receipt of the goods, in the money to the seller, to reduce disputes, I do not know where your IQ, simply stupid!

My ad was taken down for having a fake price despite the fact that it wasn't so.
Update: the nice answer here and the fact that it's easy to reactivate helps the situation

Got scammed from validated NemID account.
Just lost 3600 DKK on a DBA listing, where the seller received my money through MobilePay, and didn't provide tracking number.
Contacted DBA customer service (very responsive), apparently they knew that the user profile was hacked and thus the listing was a scam. Apparently they decided to suppress the listing EXACTLY AFTER I PAID the seller.
Not sure about what I am more frustrated:
- The fact that DBA knew about it being a hacked account and doing nothing
- The fact that a second account linked to this scam is still active even AFTER the scam
- The fact that both DBA and MobilePay "wash their hands", saying that I have to file a report to the police
- The fact that I have to file a fraud complaint to the police (to denounce the behavior) PLUS file a civil complain in order to have any hope of getting my money back (and pay a fee for that)
I am therefore quite pissed off, since we neither can trust the Super Secure NemID system, neither the Super Authenticated MobilePay system. The police might know who is behind this (assuming the NemID account was NOT hacked), but getting the money back is a whole other story.
I always had good experiences with DBA until now.
I won't recomend it anymore now, unless you pick up the item yourself onsite, in order to avoid such situations.
It doesn't help that DBA says that "these events are rare, most users are honest, etc". The fact is: I lost nearly 500 EUR and none of these excuses are bringing it back. Unless of course DBA decides to reimburse me, let's see ...
Why isn't DBA or MobilePay offering the same kind of insurance against scam/fraud that eBay+Paypal offer? I find it outrageous !

I got scammed from a validated mit id user. Bought ps5 for 3450dkk and got blocked straight away, my mobilepay request for sending monry back got rejected. Never buy anything on dba, never!

It's horrible and totally discouraging reading about so many trusting people being scammed everyday on DBA, this site has become a breeding ground for scammers. DBA are quite happy to let this happen even though they falsely claim they have some form of protection and security for buyers, truth is.., a company that takes no responsibility for scammers are encouraging online fraud.
DBA are clearly solely focused on advertising revenue, their site is overloaded with ads and pop ups, they need to appear to have a very large customer base so they can sell advertising space to companies. They don't care if half of their customer base are frauds and scammers, it's all about the numbers for advertising profit.
Remember, DBA doesn't get scammed..., You do, and DBA enjoys and profits from your loss. If they cared they would have put in tight security to protect the buyer, this will never happen. How sad..!!

Bought a PS5 for 4.000 kr in confidence as the seller was "NemID verified" and "long-term" member of the dba.dk site (dba tells you to do business only with those conditions as it's then safe). Nevertheless turns out that it was a scam and "it's up to the police now". No responsibility whatsoever and useless to prevent frauds. But "most of the transactions occurs with no problems" they're fond to say.
First and last time I used dba. I can't reccomend the site. Avoid like the plague.

Hello! I love DBA, I have sold a couple of things now. I am just very sad that there is so many scammers on the website. I've nearly got scammed 3 times, and one of my friends got scammed for 1000 DKK.
But otherwise, love the website, just need more moderation and security.

DBA themselves will even scam you.
I wanted to post an ad and their system took my money but my ad was never posted. I explained to them the situation but they dont seem to care.
Their support was partially rude and annoyed by me asking for my money back.
half a month later, my money are still stuck in their system and they refuse to do anything. They provided me with a screenshot where my money was rejected once but then taken and tried to convince me that it is 1 transaction. But hello? I have built myself transaction services and you trying to sell me that is just pathetic.
Money down the drain with this company.
Enjoy the 39 kr. DBA.

Recently tried to purchase something from a seller here. As soon as the payment was made, the seller went silent. After numerous requests to the seller for a refund, I've had to raise a case with PayPal as trying to contact DBA resulted in no attempt to help.
DBA need to include a rating system for their sellers to help potential buyers navigate what I assume to be a sea of fraudsters.

Terrible marketplace filled with swindlers and fraudsters, which is only made worse by the fact that this is the country's largest marketplace for used goods.
Why does dba.dk have no feedback rating system AT ALL for their users? A potential buyer has NO way at all to see how customers felt about their experiences with a seller; in fact you can't even see how many (if any!) sales a seller has made.
Why does dba.dk allow their users to freely change their usernames, allowing scammers to keep cheating buyers, then simply changing their name once in a while, all the while they keep scamming more and more. Combine this with the aforementioned fact that they there is no ratings system makes dba.dk a scamming haven.
So even though dba is using a "NemID" validating system for users, they can still change their names. Many scammers apparantly dont care running the little risk of getting caught, because news stories of this happens pops up now and then and then the had swindled hundreds of buyers and then money that was paid has already been used or funnelled away.
And further most sellers (including legitimate sellers) are not "NemID" validated which means as a buyer you can't just choose to only buy from validated users unless you are excluding yourself from a very large part of deals (but what is the point of even using dba if you cant use most of the deals!).
A simple buyer feedback/review system would fix all this and make sure sellers would actually value the buyers experience, but dba.dk refuses to implement this for decades now (yes decades, they have existed for an extremely long time).

DBA is an excellent marketplace for everyone to use, I have now been a seller for almost a year, and I have not experienced any trouble with untrustful buyers, but scammers are extremely easy to spot out from the crowd at all times. Also easy website and app to utilize. Thankful for DBA

Reply from DBA
A lot of scammers, but the weird part is that the responsibility is on the buyer rather than the seller to be cautious. I really don't understand why sellers with no verification are allowed on the platform. There should be some way of handling the transactions. The money should be frozen until the buyer receives the item. There's no other way of building the trust regarding that. Such a large marketplace platform and no transaction security whatsoever.
