DB recently replaced all my windows and doors, which now look amazing ! They are great quality for the price compared to other window companies. The team worked very hard throughout the week, its rare these days you are impressed with any service but these were the exception. Thank you Dom & The team - Highly recommended.

From planning to build all went very smoothly.
Work on site was well coordinated and site left clean and tidy. Old build taken away new build erected well.

We needed to replace all windows, rear doors and front doors to our property and went with db Designs after getting several quotes. We immediately liked Dominic and it was clear he was experienced and had excellent knowledge, along with being personable and a pleasure to deal with throughout. He guided us through our selection with helpful insight and we are delighted with our new windows and front door. The x4 strong install team did a great job, notwithstanding the weather was terrible the first day they were here in nonstop all day lashing rain but they literally rolled up their sleeves and got on with it doing a great job. A small issue was quickly rectified by Dominic so no problems there and he was always easy to get hold of and responsive when we had further questions. We are very happy and would recommend and use again in the future. Thanks db Design!

Really good service from start to finish and nothing was too much for them. An experienced team of fitters, net and tidy and did what they said they were going to do WHEN they said they would do it. Other contractors take note. A joy to deal with and i recommend them to anyone with glazing needs.

Dom and Sally are lovely people to do business with and I would not hesitate recommending DB Designs based on their work undertaken both for our church building and our home glazing.

DB was recommended to us. Initial meeting and quote was good and Dom was courteous and professional. A year later our lock failed and we needed emergency assistance. Dom was on holiday and asked us to contact his fitter. Two weeks later and still no reply from them. We engaged a third party to replace the lock. This is where the company appeared to show its true colours. It's washed it's hands completely, stating a one year guarantee for door furniture. A quick look on Yales own website shows a 10 year guarantee on our lock. In our correspondence not once did Dom apologise for the lock failing. He has hidden behind a false one year guarantee. I would recommend any future customers look beyond the initial good impression of the company and consider the lack of support or common courtesy delivered when thier product fails. There is absolutely no after sales service, only sarcasm and abruptness.

Top class experience throughout from initial quotes through to installation (undertaken in two phases). We are extremely happy with the finished product and would have no hesitation in recommending DB Designs/Dominic and his team to others.

our lock in the patio doors broke and could not be fix DB installed a new door. We called d b out to give us a quote,on the day of installation the workmen turned up covered all the furniture and carpets , they were respectful, clean and tidy workers, . A job well done and a credit to your firm (doors look fantastic)
