It did as promised I needed a room for few hours and that's exactly what I got
Great room great views out the window, clean, there was running hot water always a bonus
Friendly staff, there were services on site I didn't get time to use ie food/drinks
Absolutely untrostworthy service: I made a reservation which was confirmed to me, only to receive an email half an hour before the check-in that the reservation was canceled, apparently due to an overbooking of the hotel.
I had also made another reservation for the week after, which ahd been confirmed by Daybreak, and decided to check direclty with the hotel to make sure they had the reservation in their system. Well, they didn´t. Stay away from this website
In reply to the Daybreak´s reply, I can confirm that they are lying: Hotel Flemigs selection in Vienna confirmed to me that they have stopped their collaboration with Daybreak since more than 6 months, but they continue to offer this hotel on their website. If you don´t call this a scam, I am not sure what is.

It was very easy to make the booking at a very good price.
I booked a daytime room in Best Western Plus Nice Cosy Hotel through BayBreakHotels.
I Received a confirmation from DayBreakHotels and everything looked good.
When checking into the hotel they could not find my reservation. I was told they do not cooperate with DayBreakHotels.
It was very confusing and left many questions.
Thank you for the answer. I hope you can sort it out with the hotel so that no one experiences the same in the future.

Very prompt response and confirmation of booking. No credit card details required in advance making booking details more secure.
The website is a complete scam. I originally wrote this review over a year ago and I don't frequently check the e-mail account tied to my Trustpilot account.
I made a reservation at the Hampton Inn - Times Square South for arrival on 10/11/2023. I made that reservation on 8/25/2023 via the Daybreak website. I have the confirmation e-mail and confirmation that was issued. In early September I contacted the hotel to confirm the reservation. They had no record of any reservation in my name. I then contacted Daybreak hotels via their Whatsapp customer service number on 9/5/2023. On 9/6 I contacted them again as they had not responded. on 9/7/2023 I received a message stating they were checking with the hotel and would get right back to me. I am still waiting a year later.
I cancelled the reservation through Daybreak just to have something to show my credit card company if they ever tried to charge me. I booked a day room with a competing website and it was a lovely experience. Five minutes after receiving the competitor's confirmation I called the hotel and they had my booking.
Daybreak regularly tries (and does) remove bad reviews. Do not trust them. If they want to try removing this review I will post screen shots of eveything mentioned above (Daybreak confirmation and Whatsapp "service").
Don't book through this site if you actually want a hotel room when you arrive.

I got a room for the day simply to unwind, and it was just great! The staff went above and above to make me feel at home, and the hotel itself was quite wonderful. I'll be returning shortly for another day trip! The only thing I regretted was leaving sooner.
Great coffee, great service, comfortable beds. Perfect for a recharge after the cruise and before the next flight.
I had a business trip in the city and needed a room for a few hours to get work done. The booking process was easy, and everything was set up perfectly for a productive day. Couldn’t ask for more! The Wi-Fi was super-fast too, which was a big plus.
This website looks like a scam. The price shown are more cheaper than the one you will get at the check out. Customer service not reachable. Stay away.

This site is definitely a scam. They ask you for a credit card in case you don't show up for your reservation, while you are expected to pay separately at the hotel site. I made a reservation, but when I showed up, the hotel had no record of it. I tried to reach out to DayBreakHotels but their phone message said "We are unable to help you. Good bye." and they did not reply to my emails. Avoid this site at all costs!
