Daybreak games handling of THJ was epicly bad. But now you are reboxing it and selling it as Everquest Legends? Really sad to see how this was handled.

I have made a purchase and not received…
I have made a purchase and not received the item, even though it cost £65.99 .... contacted support and they tell me to contact sony about it. I do that a turns out its an issue on daybreaks side, but now when i tell them all my support tickets just get shut by the lead GM. Will not be paying money towards them again
They don't think as their customers as…
They don't think as their customers as customers but more along the lines as a nuisance. Over the past 8 yrs almost 9 at the anniversary this coming January 11th, I have ran into rude people in their customer service, they don't like negative feedback from their customers, they have a tendency of scolding them, there is tendency to ban them. When the game was owned and ran by Sony the Sony Cash would be granted every month automatically, Daybreak did away with that and now you haft to sign in and claim it, there is no 1-800 number for customer support, they want to use email, in which one of my emails I was cussed out by the costumer service representative. They don't like to get their supervisors involved. I have personally seen a you tube footage of some one at the company stating they don't care what the player wants, they can deal with it, we are not just the player base, we are the customer. I will say it is a very shady company. As I said, they don't think their player base as customers, that were just players. I am even half way afraid to post this and it go back to them because of the repercussions from Daybreak Game company. They like to threaten to ban people and they have followed through with it
Can confirm what previous reviewer said…
Can confirm what previous reviewer said about innocent peeps getting stung by false positives in latest ban wave, bunch of them in my guild still suspended. 3 that I know of said they are quitting the game because of this, these are honest players. DBG goofed on this one and needs to fix it asap.
Ban wave hit honest players
So these guys ran some detection software to catch VM (virtual machine) users. The Terms of Service prohibit using VMs to play the game, but there is no prohibiting having VMs on your computers for work or business, as many people are required to do in the modern day. Daybreak evidently assumed anyone who had these programs - even people who didn't know their laptop operating systems came with a VM automatically - have been flagged as cheats.
They are using some kind of detection which digs around to see what you have installed on your PC. Whether that is alarming or not I'll leave to your personal discretion. It has flagged a large number of honest players and caused a mass wave of suspensions and bans. We got an email with no more info than "cheating".
Days later, they appear to be showing the first signs of grudgingly admitting error in their detection but a lot of us are still banned as the overwhelmed and overworked customer service tasked with handling this mess try to undo what they have done without openly admitting they screwed up big time, and dissed a large number of loyal honest customers.
These games are ones which you invest a lot of time and money into your characters, to journey with them over many years of gaming. Daybreak have shown a willingness and propensity to ban or suspend based on false assumptions of misdeeds. Invest your time and money at your own risk. Shame on the staff making these decisions. Next time you want to do some layoffs, Daybreak, start with whoever orchestrated this mess, it has cost you many long term customers.
Daybreak Games are Thieves
I bought some Daybreak Cash because I mistakenly thought I could use it to buy a month of access to one of their games. It's not really made clear that you can't do that.
So, when I disputed the charge with PayPal, they banned the account I'd been playing on for the last EIGHT YEARS. They insisted that I cancel my dispute on PayPal and that I'd get the Daybreak Cash - after I told them more than once I didn't want the DBC back, I wanted my real money back. Now that the matter is resolved and I have my real life money back in my account these jerks won't even reply or unban my account.
Do not subscribe to any Daybreak Games - they will screw you over the first chance they get.
Even their own employees hate them! They only have 2.5 stars on Glassdoor.com. One has to wonder how much life this company has left in it.
One of the worst gaming company I ever…
One of the worst gaming company I ever used.
I started with Everquest in 1999 played off and on, with Sony it was fine but Daybreak is the worst.
I needed to change my email address and they kept asking at different points for my secret question answer over and over. Now I know where I was born but they rejected every answer. I put in the City got rejected I put in City and State got rejected, I put in State only got rejected - once I put in USA and one time they took it and I selected change Email address and the system circled back to asking my secret question again.
I got a phone number for the US dialed it and it was disconnected looks like they are going out of business but are still willing to take your money.

Daybreak Games - Gaming that breaks daily!
Do not waste your time on their games. Aside from being incredibly outdated and having only a few games left running, they're shady with all the micro-transactions and have a customer service team that refuses to compensate any errors caused by the insane amount of bugs existing in the game. They dump what little workforce they have left into creating incredibly buggy content, which in and of itself is just re-skinned old content. When you do run into any problems, they'll refuse to compensate you for any problems their games cause, and will simply respond with templated replies from one of their 5 remaining customer service representatives.
If you're looking for somewhere to dump money on barely playable content, then go for it. Otherwise, it's all pay-to-play, and even if you do spend incredible amounts of money on the game just to run endgame content, that content will eventually fail with bugs, and you'll get no response when you try to get compensated for those failures. This is possibly the worst MMO in existence for how much it costs to play the game, how old and buggy the content is, and how little they care about their paying customers.
Absolutely Terrible
Absolutely Terrible. Had an issue that would be extremely easy for them to fix. Loot awarded by mistake to wrong character.. Simple mistake simple fix. Both were at raid, but was just given to wrong one by mistake. They simply refuse. Its something they could do easily in about 2 minutes, but they refuse to help a paying customer out. They are the worst of the worst and don't care at all about paying customers. Nobody should ever give these guys money again!
Extremely poor customer service
Extremely poor customer service, they only care about your money every month. They straight up refuse to support any of their products. Never ever ever never will I subscribe to or play any games associated with Daybreak
Their support team is nonexistent
Their support team is nonexistent. I had a serious issue with Everquest and over 24 hours went by and no response. I am a subscriber for over 8 years to this game and was a loyal paying customer for that time. Not anymore.
Unlocked items and purchases deleted and not reimbursed
I played planetside 2 for a number of years, working hard to unlock items purchased with credits. I logged in after a year of absence and items were gone. Daybreak Games won't reinstate the items and say I need to prove I had them. How can I do this other than going back in time and recording videos of me using them?! Awful awful awful
Terrible
Terrible. Just terrible. Closing tickets before resolved. Rude customer service. Scam company.
Deleted my old lvl 90 EQ2 toon and just ruined the game in general
So many good memories and fun times gone. I started playing Everquest II with my dad when I was 6 years old. We worked on our characters for years and I was pretty attached to mine. As I got older I quit because honestly I was so addicted that it was affecting school, so I didn't log in for some years. When I came back, Daybreak had bought the game and ruined it, but the WORST part is that they DELETED our characters (or our accounts, I can't remember which) without notifying us. YEARS OF PLAYING GONE. I want my lvl 90 dark elf fury back.
The game is no longer fun to play because nobody wants to flipping play it and you can basically pay to start at the top. Boring. Like someone else said, I hope Daybreak sells it to someone who actually cares about the game and not just money. I vehemently hate them. I'm going to create a new trial account to see what it's like one more time but I'm never giving my money to Daybreak.
Daybreak created an account similar to…
Daybreak created an account similar to mine without my knowledge so I ended up with two nearly identical accounts. Since this was at the time of the change from SoE to Daybreak and nothing ever happened with the account I just ignored it.
Years later (I've been a part of DCUO since it was first released) I tired to spend $10 usd for 1000 Daybreak credits and it never appeared. I submitted a ticket but that ticket disappeared. I then had to move states.
Fast forward two years. I am able to play with some regularity but forget my password. I request it and realize that that other, empty, account existed. I then realized that this amount was applied to the other account for some reason. I submit a request to transfer the amount from one account to the other, since I own both under the same e-mail address.
Their representative, Mike D, said that nothing could be done. He then implied that if I purchased items on the empty account I could use them on my main account. I did so and when I couldn't access the items I continued the ticket. I was then told that because I spent the credits there was nothing that could be done. Credits he said I should spend.
I escalated the issue and a (supposed) supervisor, Tommy N. Also stated nothing could be done, even after acknowledging what Mike D had tricked me in to.
This was a very simple matter that could have been fixed for a very long time customer, one who has spent plenty of money to support SoE and Daybreak. I will not be spending one more dime with Daybreak and will be warning others away from their shady, thieving, business practices.

The company scammed hundreds of people.
If I could rate 0 stars
If I could rate 0 stars, or 0.3 I would rate -10
Daybreak company inherited the game from sony entertainment
I created my account in what I believe was 2013,
I was playing for such a long time and in 2017 I applied for outfit decal paying 10$, the company still haven't completed any jackshit and instead they only have been ignoring teamkills and reports about harassment ingame. Not only that but when you try to payback they ban you for harassment still completely ignoring the other player, the most jewish game I ever seen because they don't abide to any rules but some Kaballastic views. I hope they loose their entire business!
Yet another poor customer service interaction
Yet another poor customer service incident.
I lost an item in game due to lag on their servers. When contacting customer services, they have said there's nothing they can do. In the past 6 weeks I've had to raise 5 support tickets, none of which have been resolved, all due to their negligence.
I played for 9 years about 5 years ago, and I think throughout the whole of that time I can count on 1 hand how many incidents I had to raise, and each one of them was dealt with to a satisfactory level.
