I bought a ring which was the wrong one…
I bought a ring which was the wrong one I got in contact with the company and they have just ignored me !!
I have asked for a full refund. I paid extra for delivery and to be wrapped. The wrapping paper wasn’t to taste not Christmas theme one bit ! Wouldn’t recommend.
I emailed last week when I had the item delivered and tried phoning and left a voice Mail to ring me back !! AVOID

Service was above and beyond , very pleased!
Bought a ring and they managed to alter it and deliver it in time for a special occasion as requested . Thoughtful service, especially as not their normal delivery day to their shop.

Don't trust them,rip off merchants
Took a Citizen eco-drive watch in for a service and replacement capacitor/battery,was told by the sales assistant that it didn't have one! They sent it off which cost me £25,only to be told the repair would cost £600!!So I bought a new capacitor for £20 and installed myself,by watching a how-to video on YouTube...it took me an hour!They are absolute rip off merchants, don't trust them
