The course content and trainer were good, (informative but also a very intense week), the venue was quite poor, somewhat cramped and badly ventilated.
Access was through another office and the lunchtime catering was a bit basic.
We had a great trainer, who made the subject matter enjoyable given the intensity of the week. He also aided learning techniques with live examples. We had a small group of 5 which was fantastic, most of us still keep in touch so its extended our network too.
Datrix were professional and great value for money too.
Just 2 points to note that would have made the experience a little easier, coffee's each day would be nice! Also given the Prince 2 PM book to read a few weeks earlier. I got mine on the 1st day of the course and would have preferred to have familiarised myself with it beforehand.
Very knowledgeable and pedagogical instructor, worth five stars.
Only giving it four due to the shabby venue (at least in London).
The training was good even though the main focus was on passing the exam, i would have liked more emphasis on how to relate to real life situations than most of the focus being on passing the exam even though that is important too...the practical experience was more important to me
We went out to 3 providers and Datrix came back quickly and with a fair price. The course was money well spent as I now understand the technology and I am not just guessing!! Lunch was ok, but for a training course sandwiches & cake were fine. The trainer was enthusiastic, will buy again.
