Brown sections cause concern
Delivery was fine except dry ice was completely gone by the time I received the order and once again there are brown sections of meat when I open the packages. I pick that out and throw it away because my cats won’t eat it, they eat around it or won’t eat it at all.
I’m done with Darwin’s.

I’ve been partners withDarwin‘s for years
I have ordered from Darwin‘s, off & on, for many years. The consistent quality of their food is very important to me. It arrives with plenty of dry ice left, and it’s packed with great care, you can just tell. Customer Service has really gotten their act together! When I send a message, I get a response back usually within the hour. They very efficiently take care of my issue and then confirm in their email that it’s been done.

I received a very late (7 days!) and totally thawed and smelly shipment via UPS (boo!). Talked to George, and he facilitated a speedier shipment (3 days).
The new shipment is the best of recent months (less gristle) and our kitties much prefer it to dry food

Great food but my only complaint is…
Great food but my only complaint is sometimes orders are posted that I never ordered like once almost a thousand dollars worth of orders would have been delivered and charged had I of not noticed, customer service was very good at quickly deleting the order before it was charged to my account, another order was doubled twice just recently as well. Otherwise it would be a five star!
