Unfair return policy – 50% refund withheld

I bought a set of darts that I didn’t like, so I returned them. The seller then claimed that I had caused damage and kept 50% of the purchase price as a flat deduction. I strongly disagreed with this, but my objection didn’t change anything.

My advice to other customers: make sure to document the condition of the product in great detail when it arrives, for example by taking photos.

I honestly feel completely ripped off and will never buy from this shop or from McDart again.

Slow

Ordered on a Saturday evening, took them until Wednesday to even pack the order to be sent out. If you want a slow service then you wont be disappointed
