Hi there,
I placed an order of around $ 60 at Dark Rozi and after a while wondered why my package, according to the tracking code, had not been sent yet, I contacted support. (that was about 1 month after my order)

after I was ignored by the support for 1 month, I wrote a second email and threatened to claim my money back via PayPal.
Then I received a response relatively quickly stating that something went wrong and they will send me a replacement product ...

So another month passed without any information, or a tracking code for the new package.
I wrote another email in which I complained that I had not yet received any information or a tracking code.
Response from support: "Did you receive a tracking code?"

No of course not...

So I replied that I haven't received anything yet and that I'm starting to feel ripped off

The following answer was almost even funnier:
Dark Rozi cannot, I repeat, NOT send to Germany ...
ridiculous ... especially they noticed it after 2 „shipments“ ...
OUTRAGEOUS

in the same email they offered me a gift card...
so that I can order another product that CANNOT be sent to Europe ...

of course i refused and asked for my money back

and then, who would have thought, 1 month no answer and no money

I wrote another email in which I set a deadline day for they
otherwise I switch on the paypal support ...
no answer no money

In the end, PayPal had to reclaim the money and that was the end of the matter because PayPal then reclaimed the payment

WORST support I've ever seen 0 out of 5 stars if it would work

I advise everyone against buying

Also, I can't understand how there are so many 5 star ratings ... ridiculous

After placing an order it takes about 2 and a half weeks to arrive. I'm pretty petit and the costumes fit me pretty well. The harnesses are adjustable. Reaching out to the company through Instagram is actually really helpful. You are garunteed to assistance by an actual human being within a timely manner.

Very good quality outfits. I am skinny and they were adjustable making very easy to wear. Pricing is fair for the quality! I will definitely order again 😍

Good quality clothing, better selection than most store I’ve been too, just be sure to size up as thing can run small.

I got the ✨red handmade Leather thighs red harness with cuffs✨ and I absolutely love it! The quality is great I have had them for a yr and it has not ripped or broken. Definitely helps spicy things up. ❤️‍🔥 Definitely worth the purchase! 😊

22AUG21: After ordering my package, I did not receive any shipping updates. There was also not response from customer service.

11NOV21: After placing this review I got a response from Dark Rozi and the package was shipped within 2 days. I received everything in about 2 weeks from the shipping date. The quality of the leather was not fantastic but it looks pretty alright overall, worth the sale price. I bought it for a costume and it will make do. There was also a smell to the product, which I've tried to air out over 2-3 days.

Hey, i bought one of your harnesses, the quality is brilliant, but they do not hold up well if you put them to the test.

Of course not extreme, but they should hold up a little more…The metal rings just open up. Why do they have cuts? I think they should be fixed or at least not be that easy to open.

My girlfriend tried to pull away her hands from her tighs and the metal ring opened up almost effortlessly which indeed was a turnoff…

Please fix this problem!

They have amazing products. The quality is superior with that price point. Customer service is extremely friendly too. It was overall a lovely experience.

Due to living overseas the product took longer than expect to arrive, however the customer support was very responsive and helping to ensure I received my order. The product itself is very durable, safe and comfortable for my partner.

The pictures of the leather straps do not do justice. With that being said, when I showed my girl the choker she said she could “feel her heartbeat between her legs”. Customer service amazing. Great prices. Even better products than I could have imagined. They’ve made me and my girl quite happy. 10/10 will be buying more!
