Title: Paid but Never Received My Book – No Response from Ikdam (Order #1149)

Review:
I placed an order with Ikdam (Turkey) on June 17, 2025 (Order #1149) for the book تفسير جزء تبارك. The total cost was $37 USD ($13 book + $24 shipping).

Despite paying in full and receiving confirmation, my order was never shipped. Weeks have passed, and I have not received the book.

I emailed their customer support multiple times, but they never replied. There was no update, no tracking number, no refund, and no communication at all.

This experience shows a complete lack of professionalism and reliability. As a customer, I feel cheated. A legitimate bookstore should either deliver the product or at least respond to messages.

⚠️ Warning to others: Avoid ordering from Ikdam. Based on my experience, they take payment but do not fulfill orders or communicate with customers.
