Refuse to pay back deposit on cancellation
Paid deposit on property immediately and remaining due mid November 2023. In April was asked to pay everything immediately. Was totally shocked with this attitude and called them but they did not pick up the phone. Sent a message and they confirmed that no payment was due but never apologised to me. we decided to book another property and cancelled this via booking com. However, Germany now confirmed that i never paid a deposit!! Messages backwards and f orwards and they suddenl y confirmed that i had paid! Booking com could not see any payment and i had tk email them a screenshot of the paid invoice and that was two wee ks ago. booking com will probably have to give me the credit si nce dansommer Deutschland claims i never laid £308. I regret having made an other booking via bokking com and dansommer Deutschland is in charge again and i paid a deposit. I am worried since i have still not received my £308 deposit after twi weeks of struggling. Sent three messages !ast week and this week and they never replied. Only boking com is trying to help
Update: 29th July and still no reply and £308 deposit not received. Horrible customer service.
Update 6 august: Received £308 credit by bank and a short apology but it took 6 weeks! Will never boom with Booking com Dansommer Deutschland. No reaction or reply to this review so far!

Never again!
We booked a house in Gardsjö, Sweden; Object-Nr: S07054 via Dansommer/Novasol. The house was absolutely dirty and run down. There were mouse droppings everywhere. Dansommer/Novasol did nothing to help us and we had to stay at the next camping ground. We spend one week of our holiday on the phone and were constantly stalled. In the end the house did not get cleaned and we weren't offered any compensation. Back in Germany we had to go to court to get our money back. Never again.

Good company
A wonderful company to help you find that perfect vacation home. Before Covid they were immediately responsive to requests for information and clarifications. Some little confusions this time around with what had been paid or not, but that was settled. I appreciate that I can write in English, my written German leaves something to be desired.
No customer service
Through concerns as to whether my chosen airline will be flying or not to Crete in September I opted to defer my booking until 2022. Novasol advised the property owner had not yet agreed terms for 2022 and instructed me to select an alternative villa from their website. Upon researching their website it was evident that no Cretian villas were as yet (July) available for 2022. Upon contacting Novasol again I was instructed to select another villa in another country or lose my deposit. My deferred flight plan requires me to fly to Crete which leaves the Novasol guidance as being totally unhelpful. Subsequently contacting them again requested a credit on my account to be used against a Cretian villa in 2022 once they become available, the request was refused. Net result is I lost my deposit and will never use this company again ( who incidentally trade under the TUI badge). Not to be trusted

Because as soon as you write down your personal information and won’t to proceed, you automatically agree with the booking !
There were no warnings about travelling to DK are actually not allowed or any information about the Covid 19 Situationen.
But the lady on the phone was very supportive.

Top as always. Especially the friendly and open people at dansommer - this is what you always expect in denmark. The house was in top condition, too.
Danscammer
We rented a Danish holliday home on a Landal resort for a week. The house was far from spotless when we came in. The procedure for getting the key (15 min. drive to some supermarket) was quit unclear. The folding cot was broken which meant another 15 min. drive back to the supermarket. There were supposed to be passes in the house for entering the resort’s swimming pool, but there weren’t. It took us three days to get them, with a lot of confused phone calls. Upon leaving the house far cleaner than arrival, we were greeted with a cleaning bill. When we protested this, we were confronted with several vague pictures of the unclean areas. One of these had a long black hair on some non-descript surface. However, my entire family is blond except for me....I’m bald. I feel that in light of full disclosure the company should rename itself Danscammer. Would not use again, would not recomend.
Never ever again!
Giant bill for cleaning and electricity. The house was totally acceptable, however not as clean as WE were supposed to leave the house. They charged 200$ for dust particles after 3 days of staying. They try to scam you with everything they find. They are very friendly with your booking and before arrival and super unprofessional in arguing afterwards.
If you have to pay attention to what you pay for your holiday, definitely stay away from Dansommer and there houses!
