It has been two weeks since my return…
It has been two weeks since my return order be delivered. I tried to contact the customer service through email but the response was lagging. They promised to refund in 1-3 days but nothing showed up in my account. It is hard to contact them through phone if you locate outside of Europe. I think it is not wise to buy luxury things if you are not sure whether you will keep it or not.

Great service and selection.
The selection of high-end items is vast. The prices are lower than other similar sellers. And, above all, for USA customers, duty fee/taxes are paid by seller. Awesome shopping experience.

Highly recommend!
I'm impressed! I was on a hunt for a see by Chloe bag but couldn't find one in stock in the UK. I then stumbled upon D'aniello and they happened to have my bag in stock like it was just meant for me 🥹 I was a bit skeptic but it took only 5 days for the bag to arrive and I was given tracking information via DHL. I would definitely buy from them again!

Received some used Fendi shoes NOT NEW
Received some Fendi shoes as a present for the wife and upon opening them found the soles of both shoes completely scuffed. Both had clearly been worn so no quality check undertaken. Now facing a battle to return them, imagine I'm going to have to go through my credit card at this rate
