Easy to place an order and very quick delivery. Temple Fortune gave me the right advice re correct shoe size as they advised my particular style came up big ... they were right ... my shoes fit like a glove ... thank you! Have had many compliments already and love the woven block heel sling back style ... very pleased with the service and my shoes! Thank you!

Outrageous return postage
You sent me a pair of shoes size 5 which were clearly not a 5 slipping off my feet. To return them you charged me nearly £850 …. Outrageous . You refunded part of the postage . I was left with a charge of just under £3.00
I should have been given a full refund .The shoes were either incorrectly sized or put in the wrong box . In addition I ordered another pair of shoes size 5 which fitted perfectly but the box arrived with no lid . Poor I will not be shopping with you again . I have bought a number if pairs of Daniel shoes .

We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your recent experience.
Having reviewed your order, the shoes returned to us were checked and confirmed to be the correct size as labelled by the manufacturer. Unfortunately, sizing and fit can vary between different styles, and while another size 5 may have fitted you well, this does not necessarily indicate that the returned pair was incorrectly sized or packaged.
Regarding the refund, the original delivery charge was refunded as a gesture of goodwill. The remaining deduction related solely to our subsidised Royal Mail returns service, which is charged at £2.50 and is outlined in our returns policy.
We are also sorry to hear that the second pair arrived with a damaged box. While the outer packaging can occasionally become damaged during transit, we appreciate this was disappointing.

Fast and efficient service
I ordered my thong sandals in the hope that they would be stylish AND comfortable. Thankfully they are made of soft leather which gave them an instant comfortable feel but, walking in them was not so great. The in between toe bit is very hard so I bought silicon pads which help a bit so long as I don’t walk around too much! The speedy delivery was very appreciated as I needed them for a special occasion. I had lots of compliments on them so I will persevere with the toe pads. Thanks.
