We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Dylan and Luke, our site managers. From start to finish they were professional, approachable, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process.

Any minor snags that arose were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The home demonstration was excellent; they took the time to walk us through everything thoroughly and made sure we felt completely comfortable before handing over the keys.

What really stood out was how well they kept us informed every step of the way. Whether it was updates on the build progress, communication around the current road closure, or keeping us in the loop about the new path being laid — Dylan and Luke made sure we were never left wondering what was happening.

It's rare to deal with people who are this proactive and personable. They clearly take real pride in their work and in making sure the customer experience is as smooth as possible. Highly recommended — a credit to Dandara.

The sales administrator and team were wholly professional and extremely helpful at every step of the way. Conveyancing wise, through no fault of the Dandara team, my move has been extremely stressful but I received the utmost support and understanding from Violeta at The Heathers, Hadlow.

Visited the development to look at some houses and had a great experience. The area was clean and well looked after, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and happy to answer questions.

I was initially informed that the work would be carried out in July. Today, 10th June I received a call that it could be completed now! This was amazing and unexpected and I truly appreciated the teams efforts.
The work was carried out by Paul who was a true professional, left no mess and finished in a very timely manner. Both Paul for the work and Charlotte at the Customer Care Centre are a credit to Dandara and I thoroughly appreciate them. Top notch Dandara.

I am interested in moving and downsizing from a 3 bedroomed Cottage in Sulby to an Apartment in Douglas. The young girl on reception was extremely helpful in explaining the Waterside Development to me and showing me your in-house Apartment beneath your reception. Very impressive. At the present time I am in no urgent need to purchase and will need to discuss with my family my future requirements. Many thanks to the girl in your reception for listening to me and answering very clearly my many queries.
