Everything’s was packaged well and nothing was damaged and of course the merch is AMAZING

Love the merch box! The items are high quality and arrived in perfect condition. The socks and hat are soft and comfortable and could fit a wide variety of people.

really disappointing experience.
I placed an order for 1 pack of the photo cards on 29th May. This was lost in the post and never made it to Royal Mail.

I gave time because of delays and then I emailed customer support (10th June) and they confirmed it was lost. I was then left and I had to chase to get a response.

Then on 20th June I finally got a response and I was given the option: risk a replacement but if it’s lost they won’t do anything or I can get request a refund.

many reviews mention lost items & this was my first experience and it was lost It felt safer to request the refund and now I haven’t heard anything again (now 26th June)

The person at customer service has been nice atleast and I understand delays & policies but so long to hear anything and seeing this happens a bit is so frustrating and disappointing.
Especially now that I have no response again and it’s almost been a month since I ordered.

I triple checked that I had a Large Hard Launch Hoodie in my cart at check out, but my receipt sent to me was a Small Hard Launch Hoodie. Despite trying to email for two weeks the customer service email, I have gotten no reply back about an exchange. I want an assurance and real follow up!

it takes a little to transport the merch from the UK to Colombia but it's trackable, no issues with the packages. All good!

Absolutely love Dan and Phil, but multiple times over the course of 6 years my packages have been lost. I've reached out to IRL merch so many times and get told to just wait it out. Because of the ridiculous $30 Canadian flat rate shipping I've lost literally hundreds of dollars from this company and all I got was ghosted.

I had to wait longer on my order, then when we do get it I have 5 cards in every pack but 1......that pack only has 4 cards. Really?? Still waiting to see what they can do to fix this. I
