I had a issue last year with the pump not priming correctly. Then a few weeks back I had an issue with the control panel. On both occasions the couriers picked up and returned to Damia solar. Each took a week or so to be assessed and then repaired. Things go wrong but on both occasions Damia apologised and rectified the problem. Great team and great service.
My first experience was not good a year ago, due to transport delay and unclear communication during the lockdown period, but the second was absolutely excellent and that's why I changed my review from bad to perfect, as the company improved 100% about the service and feedback. Can recommend any to buy from them.
Mi primera experiencia no fue buena, debido al retraso en el transporte y la comunicación poco clara durante el período de bloqueo, pero la segunda fue absolutamente excelente y es por eso que cambié mi revisión de mala a perfecta, ya que la empresa mejoró al 100% el servicio y los comentarios. Puedo recomendar cualquiera para comprarles.

Thank you very much for your opionion Henk, sorry for the transport situation during the current health situation, we talked with the companies of transport to try to solve it as better as posible as there was a lockdown in the biggest distribution centers. we could solved it and we have improved protovols with shipping companies to no repeat it.
