DO NOT USE! ABSOLUTE SCAM!! I purchased $50 worth of btc by following the steps on their website, turns out it wasn’t being sent to my wallet, but actually theirs!! Still haven’t gotten anything, obviously got ripped off, don’t make the same mistake as me! They copy and paste replies on trustpilot, and never actually respond to your email!!

In February I sent money to damecoins, I saw that it was like an exchange. I signed up and sent 990 dollars, but their website has nowhere to say how to withdraw my money and there is no way to communicate with them.

This website is a fraud/scam

There is no customer service they simply don’t respond

I could not withdraw my money and when I tried to exchange it my money simply just vanished

Stay away, run away you will have your money stolen with no recourse

The best website that exists! The exchange function is excellent and cheap, which is a great advantage!

The customer service is useless. I would have loved to spit on all those guys.

Since I had a contact person from this company, I manage to write him. He helped me and refunded me in less than 24h.

Not sure if it a scam, maybe they are a little bit inconpetent...

100% scheme ** FAKE.. i just bought bitcoins for $999, my account still says i do not have enough balance in my wallet.. REFUND MY MONEY BACK i already asked my bank to put a stop on the payment you can have your account with fake bitcoins and refund my money back to my account.

Don't fall for this scheme.. This is how it works..

You pay with your card. they charge your account and then credit you with a fake coin that you can't withdraw or send.

When you try to withdraw BTC they tell you insufficient balance and ask you to deposit.. first RED flag

They only allow you to move from btc to USD wallet and then charge you $200.. Second RedFlag.

Then when you try to send to bank deposit from your USD wallet they ask you to KYC you. FInal claim stage

The moment you send them those id they use it against you when you dispute claiming they provided the services with the fake coins in their wallet they created for you..

If you already fell for this before seeing this review.. don't panic

After your purchase then they create a fake review because they already know..

Call your bank to dispute the transaction and don't try to send any ID to them for KYC.. they are 100% FAKE.. They will use those same docs to counter your charge back and your bank has no say cos they have proof claiming that you bought and they delivered the product.

The debit on my account came as FLWGENERALCONTRACTORS (IMO NG).. This is a Nigerian originated scam.. The payment gateway is Flutterwave

Ya'll can login and view the scam.. i bought btc of $999 and now i have only about $700 thereabout thats $200 for charges to USD account. even there you still can't withdraw or send out.

It is a SCAM. They STEAL your money, they don't let you withdraw and after that they delete your account.
Don't believe positive reviews.

Worst scam ever. I have contacted them for 100 times now and all they say is that they have escalated the matter. Meanwhile i am 400$ down. Please don't use damecoins. I am going to share my experience everywhere now and report to BBB and expect that somehow more people would be saved from falling victim to third scam.

THESE PEOPLE ARE THIVES. This is a scam designed to take your money. THEY ARE NOT KYC. They won’t ask any questions and let you sign up and send them money to some shady banks. The scam is at the time you decide to withdraw your money. The ask you for all this to basically keep your money.

1) You must send a photo of your passport.
2) a photo of the card used for the purchase tampered with the digits and only revealing the last 4.
3) A photo of you holding the used card in one hand and a piece of paper in the other that says (Sami R. H.) with the current date.
4) A photo of you the same as the previous one but holding a blank paper and you looking to the side.
5) The address where you live, telephone number and a bank account address to which we can send bonuses or extras for purchases of cryptocurrencies and any refund.
6) The address of the wallet to send and the exact amount.
7) A service receipt certifying the address where you reside.

If I could give a negative star review I would, this entire website is a scam website. BEWARE- Support will not respond if you ask about the withdrawal, the fees are absolutely ridiculous and you will need to contact your bank to get a refund. These morons think that they can get away with this, little do they know there are several federal agencies aware of this website. DO NOT TRUST ANY POSITIVE REVIEWS

100% SCAM Stay away from them.

They don't allow you to withdraw. It seems perfect until that moment.
When you want to withdraw It appears a message in which is written you have to buy more for withdrawing because you haven't reached yet the limit.
I realized it was a scam. I wrote so in the chat and they told me I needed a day for withdrawing or for having a refund after approval from their financial department. I tried to buy and sell a couple of time inside their fake exchange and half of the crypto and the money disappeared every time. They repeatedly told me I would have had a refund that never arrived.
Unfortunately I think a lot of these reviews are read only after you have fallen into the net of these slimy human garbage

The site seemed awkward but foolishly I persevered. My bank showed that my money went to a NIGERIAN bank. Although online help was sketchy I did get most of my money back. I'll not go near the site again and have moved my money into a different bank account just in case. I have since found Etoro a hundred times better.
